Highly recommended hotel in Brisbane central❤️

First time I stayed here after a flight cancellation needing me to stay overnight. I was tired but the room helped me get rested. I loved my room with wide windows opening to the city view. The room also had a very comfortable bed and a wide desk overlooking the city view. Very relaxing for business or personal trip.

Very average

IHG hotel group have basically taken down the old Hilton signs, put up an Intercontinential one and moved straight in.
There is really nothing exciting about this hotel. Location is good, if you like being right in the middle of the CBD.
This hotel is in dire need of a massive reno. Not worth the Intercontinential price tag.

Perfect location, can get a lift straight onto Queen St Mall.
Clean and spacious.
Ammenities were a plenty.
All staff were so friendly and helpful!

InterContinental Brisbane – TripAdvisor

During my recent stay at InterContinental Brisbane, I was very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the team. In particular, Mimi and Kris made a lasting impression with their warm and thoughtful service.
Travel does not always go exactly as planned, and I greatly appreciated how they remained patient, approachable, and genuinely helpful during a more complicated situation. Their calm and caring attitude made the experience far less stressful and reminded me how much excellent hospitality can positively influence a stay.
Thank you to Mimi, Kris, and the entire team for providing such a welcoming experience. I look forward to returning in the future.
