Excellent location, nice and quiet
Excellent location across the road from Carrington Park and short walk to the Showground, Bathurst Train Station, main shopping plus restaurants and bars. Quick check-in. Room and bathroom small, but comfortable and clean. Fridge, coffee and tea, iron and board, room safe, plus a lounge and desk. Bed was comfortable, very quiet and good sleep. Shower had good hot water and pressure though 2 of the 3 dispensers were empty (body wash and shampoo). They provided bar soap though. There are communal kitchens and lounge areas. Will definitely stay again.

For an overnight stay it was perfect. Not flash but comfy beds and all amenities with off street parking. A communal kitchen was also provided as well as a light breakfast.
Convenient to pubs and the railway station.

Never again….
This establishment was such a disappointment. The rooms were so small, there was nowhere to put our 2 suitcases. The bathroom was so small, you had to walk out of it, just to turn around to walk back in. The shower had mould, it needed a clean and when you are tall, the shower rose was too low. It took ages for the hot water to come through. There was no housekeeping the entire 5 days we were there, we asked for towels & toilet paper. There was not enough parking for our cars and in the end, we left early, despite losing money over it.

Check in was easy. The staff were really helpful. The communal kitchen was a great idea and parking was easy and CCTV protected. The provision of breakfast was an added bonus. Convenient for us as we used it as a base for our travels. The room was adequate for our needs.

Great to have a Kitchen in each block of units, just 3 blocks, and also breakfast included.
Parking is great, super close to the Showgrounds, which was great for us.
Easy check in and out - would stay again.
Clean room, bit small - but enough with the large lounge area, next to the kitchen.
