Was clean & comfortable & served our needs for an overnight stay. We did have a bit of traffic noise overnight but thats hard to avoid anywhere these days

Great staff .... after a very long day working, I unfortunately locked myself out of my room. Hot take away food, no warm clothing (as I took my coat off when entering the room) very grim thinking of the machinations of getting back into my room. Amazingly, a simple phone call and I was connected with the most lovely person... extremely helpful and with an amazing caring sense of humour. She sorted out the situation quick smart. I have stayed her three weekends in a row - and will do so in the future. That simple, helpful and non judgemental help was just what I needed after a 12 hours on working in a very busy restaurant. Also this angel - had my Chefs Uniform (left the previous weekend) at the front desk upon check in. Yes a no frills hotel however the staff make it grand. Many thanks and look forward to seeing Stephen and Kerrie (please be right) very soon!

We stayed here for a hockey carnival for a total of 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful and approachable. The motel has a laundry facility and a toaster and microwave in the room, which was really helpful to us.

Reasonable Motel. When checked in asked what time the spa closed, was advised not till morning time. I tried to go for a spa at 6pm and the gates were locked, manager advised was closed already.
On the first day for housekeeping we returned to find the bed was just pulled up over clothes, the floor was not swept, very sandy, no fresh milk, or new toiletries. just fresh bin bag. Water stayed hot for less than a minute then went warm each shower, weird.

Ok - lights flickering in the bathroom, second time soap and other dispensers not filled. Noisy - was placed in between two families - very loud
