Great value in an unbeatable location

This motel is older style and has been refurbished. We appreciated the kitchenette which had everything we needed for breakfast and light meals. There is also a clean barbecue available outside. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Our unit was spacious and there was a place to eat our meals. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. Finally the location is unbeatable with only a short walk to the beach and shops. we stayed for a week and we would definitely stay there again.

Never again

Booked for a 1 night stay. The day before our arrival they phoned to say we could no longer stay as we were only staying for 1 night . So our room was given to someone else.

I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic old fashioned motel in a fantastic place run by fantastic people.
From the moment I made the initial phone call to book a room Tony the manage could not have been more helpful, including making provision for onsite parking for my large vehicle.

Excellent location

Friendly, helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, bathroom adequate. The good thing about this property was a small kitchenette, with both a microwave and hot plates.
There is also a small patio outside, between the parking space and the room. Located very close to the beach, and next to a bar/restaurant.

Clean and affordable motel

This motel is a gem in Agnes Water. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were so kind. Beach is only a minute walk and shops are so close. Also has a clean BBQ area. Definitely don’t waste your money at the resorts, this motel has everything you need at an affordable price!
