Excellent Service Exceeding 3 Star Hotel Expectations

Exceed expectations for a 3-star hotel. Attention, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and with pressure in the showers. Full breakfast. We arrived on our way at 11.30pm and were very well served. I'd go back a thousand times to choose this hotel. Excellent location.

Watch out for recommendations

Beware of what the reception people recommend (I can not remember the name of the person who sent me on Saturday 29/04/2026 at 9 am), asked me for a taxi that not only charges me twice (6,000 to the train terminal, in uber comes 2,500), if you see that it had some link with the reception, I make it very clear the taxi driver. USE UBER, DON'T USE TAXIS. The hotel is fine for its location, the spacious room, we slept on the 9th floor, with rain it was unbearable noise. They have no bidet, the pillows are bad. Breakfast is scarce, well coffee and crescents. OR

Disappointing

Pros: the central location and the remarkable friendliness of all the hotel and restaurant staff. Good shower water pressure and temperature.
Cons: the state of wear and tear of the hotel in general and of the "superior" room 206, in particular (humidity, window to an unrevoked wall, mushrooms on the bathroom ceiling, loose entrance door handle, towels and towels the size of a reviewer...). Loose breakfast.
I wouldn't come back.

Misleading photos

Old hotel with super poorly finished renovation - pictures of deceptive rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom looks like an old maze with horrible tiles. Several desnivels on the floor between the rooms, entrances in the bedroom, bathroom Pro bathroom room, no accessibility. Bad pillows. Minimum bath towels. Great shower, but the ralo was not flowing the water right. Good breakfast, good medialuna, but few options. Non-exclusive hotel parking, is 2 blocks from the hotel, 6000 pesos/day.

OLD HOTEL AND DEPRORABLE BREAKFAST

VERY OLD HOTEL, THE WORST THE ATTENTION AND SERVICE THEY DID NOT CHANGE MY SHEETS IN THE 5 FIVE DAYS I STAYED. ALSO, THE PLACE TO BREAKFAST IS TINY, A SHAME. THEY ARE NOT EVEN ORGANIZED TO TAKE SHIFTS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE BREAKFAST COMFORTABLE. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL... A HORROR.
