It's not what they show, nothing is what it looks like!
The day we arrived the attention of the girls was not very good from the first moment, the blonde under the guard but the dark brown hair to say the best, has no tact to work with public, the photos of the reservation were not the same as the rooms we were given, the rooms smelled so chlorine that we had to open them windows but still I was very affected in the night to the point that gave me tachycardia, I was charged an amount that was not in the reservation without informing me before, only informed me when I went down to ask them why booking rooms in US$462,00 ended up paying US$651.31 and there was that he told me something that was not specified in the reservation or informed me when I arrived, only charged it and already, there was that we entered disputes because I was upset that I was not informed before charging, and in the reservation said continental breakfast/unspecified buffet, to which when I arrived the girl tells me that as my reservation was standard I only had continental breakfast, so I paid per person (we were 5 people) breakfast apart, (which I did because I wanted to see what the difference was between the breakfasts), the last day we went to continental breakfast and the differences between them were the same, the differences between them was that one had egg, jamo and cheese and the other not, we also paid for 1 night of parking because we were told that the parking for small and medium cars but there were 2 vans, when we arrived for dinner the reception boy (who went along with the girls cleaning and waiter of the restaurant of the night of the only friendly and good faces) with change in exchange for my children since they were in my room where they were a filter. In short I do not recommend it since you book something and it is not, the only good thing is the location because the pool the photo you are put is misleading because it is smaller, the bed covers were stained or dirty and for what they charge the doors should be more updated in security, another thing I did not like was entered the room even though I had the sign do not disturb.

Very good but you need to improve some details.
I don't give it 5 points because they differ in breakfast between those who pay for a superior and inferior room apart from not being able to use the gym either. It's never happened to me in any other hotel sincerely.
Guest service is great. Value for money too.
The location is unbeatable. Oceanfront.
The restaurant, very good prices and excellent food.
The pool is small but heated.
The room has no hairdryer or fridge.
In short, I still had a good time.

Expedia did not mention a tourist tax. The toilet did not flush. There was no soap dish in the shower. The shower was not clean as there was black hair on the wall.

Okay hotel and good location, no idea how it’s 3 stars. It’s quite expensive for what it is. They say double bed, it’s two uncomfortable single beds pushed together with a fair gap in between. They say full spa, it’s not at all. Restaurant was fairly good but very mediocre breakfast without hot water most mornings.
Air con broke and electrocuted me and all they said was that we should’ve told them immediately it was broken, which we did.
