The room I booked had a breath taking view of the city and out to the water, this place has a number of different restaurants and bars nearby walking distance. And also the location is close to AEP.

Don’t Not Stay here, awful!! Dirty bad condition over priced!! Disaster
My partner and stayed here our first night in BA …. We were so disappointed it was awful. Dirty and scruffy shocked at how much it cost for this.
Probably one of the worst places we have ever stayed. The check in was a nightmare, downloading apps for door entry ( if you don’t have a mobile phone you would be screwed. Outside of building is very cool and foyer but don’t be fooled. In the apartment The floors were all warped and split ( laminated floor) (see pic) bathroom was tiny and dirty. No water or any welcome pack just powder coffee and powdered milk in a cup ( x1) no comfy place to sit hard metal chairs. Bucket in the corner for a bin . Bedside light was very dangerous wiring,fire waiting to happen.( see photo) no outlets by bed for phone or such. No hairdryer. mattresses was comfy but stained pillows disgusting don’t dare to think what this stain was.( see pics) it’s a bit like a bad student flat . We paid £190 for one Friday night )absolutely ripped off . Does not look like website photos at all .

Room was great. However, everything needed a bit of a deep clean. Lot's of grime on top of shelves, dirty walls, light switches and other things. Also, the roller blinds in the rooms were literally disintegrating, when you open or closed them they'd flake plastic all over the floor and room. Lastly, they're weird about their towels. We didn't have enough and even after asking for another, they simply replaced the one we had rather than giving us another. It took multiple times asking for one extra towel to finally get it.
Positives: beautiful view and apartment. Great for a family and lots of room. Check-in was simple and the staff were nice even if a bit weird about towels :)

The floors require additional cleaning attention. The kitchen could benefit from more utensils and extra towels. The stove's heating efficiency for frying pans and pots needs improvement. A dish rack for drying plates, bowls, and other dishes would be beneficial, and a good-sized coffee mug would be appreciated. The bathroom would benefit from a floor mat, extra towels, and towel bars for hanging purposes. Proper ventilation in the bathroom is also necessary. Although the shower has good pressure, the water tends to drip onto the floor, and it would be helpful to have something to wipe it with. It's disappointing that there's an additional charge for bathroom towels. More hangers would be needed for hanging clothes. The bed is comfortable. A blackout curtain for the bedroom would be a good addition. The outside surroundings of the property could be cleaner, with many cigarette butts on the ground. On a positive note, there are numerous restaurants to choose from in the area and plenty of small stores for convenience. Additionally, many interesting and historical places are within walking distance.

Gym equipment needs to be upgraded and had no hand sanitation or cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment
