Not worth the price nor the reputation.

1st stay in booked a deluxe room and had a standard ( very small, far from 30m2 in the booking and no toileteries).
2nd stay 1 week later, the room size was acceptable and toileteries were finally there but the bedsheets was stained as well as the 2 bathrobes.... I made a claim but no reaction from the Savoy. No compensation or even excuses. They simply cannot be bothered and the wholesome attitude is representative.
On top of that the breakfast is limit acceptable (powder scramble eggs, chemical orange juice and no taste fruits....)
Definitely not worth the price or the reputation. Déception all the way.

Savoy hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Beautiful and Elegant place. Very clean and highly attractive with its decor. Excellent food. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Travel with friends

We stayed for 3 days and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very well located, the breakfast is very good and, without a doubt, the great highlight was the staff: everyone was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
We definitely recommend and would return!

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, it stands out for its architecture that dates back to 1915, a place with a lot of history. Hotel close to the Argentine National Congress and tourist spots, banks, and also close to Av. Corrientes, a place with a lot of commerce. The hotel staff stands out for their kindness and courtesy. The included buffet breakfast is abundant and has a wide variety of products; regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel spaces, I must say that they are very concerned at all times about keeping them clean and in order; without a doubt, I would stay again, since it was a pleasant experience that I recommend 100%.
