Good stay

Stayed in buenos aires for 2 night and this little hotel was perfect.noting was missing was clean and staff helpfull and polite.will reccomend if you travell as turist and only need a clean and confy place to sleep.

Saturday Easter

We were given the last available room where the bathroom door would not close. They didn't even accompany us to the room. Very bad attitude. The breakfast was very nice. We asked for an extra pillow they didn't have either. Then at the moment of retirement we were left on the TV for my son while we waited for the car.

Recomendable

Estadía placentera. Muy limpio y moderno hotel. Todas las instalaciones son nuevas y se encuentran en buen estado. La atención del personal es muy buena. El hotel se encuentra en un buen punto. Tiene a pocas cuadras el subte con la mayoría de las líneas. El desayuno simple pero completo. Lo único que tiene como debilidad es el tamaño del desayunador y del hotel en si.. Muy pequeño.

Una pequeña y comoda casa de vecindad en el centro de la ciudad. One a little and cousy tenement house in the downtown.

Es increible como un formato de "casa de vecindad" mantenga el ambiente, la climatizacion y la seguridad
del hotel. Excelente servicio y flexibilidad de todo el personal. En la realidad mi estadia fue de 8 dias
y me senti como si estuviera en casa, muy buen aseo y en especial en los baños.
Sencillo pero completo desayuno incluido en la tarifa de habitacion. Esta en Balvanera y en el centro
por donde pasan 3 lineas de metro (subte) con sus estaciones. En las cercanias se consiguen muy buenos
negocios de comida a excelentes precios. No tienen cochera propia, pero tienen un estacionamiento en todo
el frente, que hay que pagar aparte pero el dueño es muy colaborador. Realmente fue algo diferente.
It's incredible how the "tenement house" keeps the atmosphere, climate and security of the hotel.
Excelent service and flexibility of all the people who works there. In fact my stay lasts for 8 days and
I felt like my home, very clean and specially the restroom.
Straightforward but a complete breakfast included in the rack rate. It's in Balvanera quarter and in the
downtown near to 3 subway (subte) lines with their corresponding stations. Nearby there are very good restaurants
with excelent prices. They do not have parking, but there is one in the front, you have to pay, but the owner is
collaborative. It's really something different.
