Very good value for money

I stayed a couple of days and it stays as a central, accessible and easily arrived hotel and location. The staff provides friendly and fair care without any major stridents. The breakfast theme is a must have for years this hotel and should solve it as well as the parking that one must already move two blocks to get a private one.

Great location, friendly staff and cleanliness

We always choose this hotel, we love its attention, its location and its cleanliness. They are very friendly and always willing. The rooms we always chose with a view on July 9 are spacious, comfortable and I highlight their cleanliness which is excellent!!! Buffet breakfast is missed. We will be back soon!!!

First night. Enough.

Enough for the first night at BsAs. the hotel is old to be a 4 star but for one night and doing the basic steps before leaving was very good. Next to the Obelisk and Corrientes, close to exchange houses and typical pizzerias. The breakfast fatal and goes part (about 7 euros). Views are something else, you magnify

POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

The hotel is nice, now the service is terrible, we start with the reception where I was treated incorrectly by the employee of the place. In the reservation made by the hotel website (na 45258) I requested the room for nine in the morning when I arrived told me that there was no room which telephoned me that if I paid half a day I would give it to me which I agreed to. When I arrived there was no room and I should have waited an hour??. Later the other day I had to request three times to make the room and this same employee told me that he had time until 4 pm to make the room. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!just excuse. The room had general, not individual heating that never worked. Breakfast not included in the price was regrettable, a coffee with watered milk and two crescents. Pathetic. It is a hotel located in a not very secure area a block from currents and cerrito for the south side which makes it unpleasant to arrive or leave for dinner. I didn't get billed and this employee's attention until the last minute lousy. NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL.

Good location, but with some points to improve

The location of Hotel Bristol is excellent, very central, which was a great positive point as it allowed me to leave alone without worrying about more remote or unsafe streets when returning.
However, the entrance hall has a strong and characteristic smell. At certain hours of the night, the hotel entrance doors are closed, and to enter, you must have the key or hit the bell.
The rooms and bathrooms are old and a little worn out, which can be a point of attention for those seeking a more modern and renovated environment. In addition, the air conditioning was well on top of one of the beds, which was not so comfortable during the stay.
Overall, the hotel has a great location, but I believe that some improvements in the facilities and comfort could make the experience more pleasant.
