Beautiful discovery.

Arriving alone at this hotel discovered on the internet, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome, simple but effective, and by the size of the room overlooking a small street where nothing circulates: therefore, no noise.
The only downside: the bathroom is outdated and needs to be redone to be in harmony with the room.
The breakfasts are very varied and good.
I will return without any problem, alone or as a couple.

Too expensive for what it is

We stayed at this hotel because it was one of the few downtown options left at a reasonable price... and reasonably has nothing! We pay over 200 euros a night for a normal room overlooking a courtyard full of pipes. Too expensive for what it is. They also indicate that they have parking and that. Or you need to book and when we arrived there was no gap.... (Then if it was necessary to book).
The room was tiny but enough; the bathroom more of the same. It would be a good option if the price were not so high.

Good value for money

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillow.
Breakfast buffet very complete, but dinner is not buffet, it is menu.
The location is good, 10 min to the center of andorra with parking next door.

Hotel well located but room with a daylight well opening!

Great location, proper welcome, perfect bedding, excellent breakfast, the only downside is that we had a small room (not as spacious as it is indicated on the website!) and with only a day well opening!!! To avoid for claustrophobic people!
The other downside is that the hotel being located in a pedestrian street to reach the parking lot is quite complicated!!

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement, la literie ainsi que la qualité du petit déjeuner. Concernant la taille de la chambre et l’ouverture sur un puits de jour, nous comprenons parfaitement que cela puisse ne pas convenir à tout le monde, notamment aux personnes sensibles aux espaces fermés. Nous faisons toujours notre possible pour informer clairement sur les différents types de chambres disponibles afin d’éviter ce type de désagrément.
En ce qui concerne l’accès au parking, nous reconnaissons que notre situation en zone piétonne peut parfois rendre l’arrivée un peu plus complexe, et nous restons à disposition pour guider nos clients au mieux.
Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau et vous proposer une chambre correspondant davantage à vos attentes.

A must, not to be missed!

Very clean (thanks to the cleaning staff!), great location to do everything on foot, especially the great asset is the staff! Adrian at the reception with great kindness is very professional, thank you for the good advice. The top is Zarah who manages the restaurant team perfectly. The Sangria is a tririe that she prepares with calm force even with a bus of newcomers in the back....also congratulations to the Cooking and Service, the meals were a culinary treat!!! thank you very much we feasted thanks to you, I hope for a next time!
