I stayed at Madine Hotel this month for a few nights and had a comfortable stay.
Location: 8/10
Very good location for tourists.
15 minutes from 1 November Square / Place du 1er Novembre
Close to the Téléférique going to Santa Cruz Fort
Easy to visit Oran’s main spots from here. Taxis are easy to find too.
Room & Cleanliness: 9/10
The room was clean and tidy. Daily housekeeping, fresh sheets and towels. The hotel feels well maintained and quiet.
Breakfast: 7/10
Breakfast is limited but decent. You get bread, coffee, tea, and basic items. It’s simple but enough to start the day. If you want a big buffet this is not it, but it’s clean and fresh.
Prayer Facilities: 10/10
Really appreciated this as a Muslim guest.

Staff were polite and helpful. They gave me directions to the Téléférique and helped with taxis.
Overall: 8.5/10
Madine Hotel Oran is a clean, quiet, and prayer-friendly hotel with a good location. Perfect if you want to be close to Santa Cruz and the city center without the big hotel price.
I recommend it for families and travelers visiting Oran.

Excellent experience
The staff's welcome is very warm and pleasant, the rooms are clean with all amenities, the breakfast is royal (both savory and sweet), we were close to Mdina Jdida, and I appreciated the contrast between the old town and the modernity of the hotel.
We plan to return for a longer stay, inshaAllah.
I sincerely thank the manager and all the staff.
