The worst of the worst
The door lock of the room is broken so sometimes it remains open, the window glass is cracked as shown in the picture, the fixtures are rotten and the air filters as if they were not there, the sink leaks water that remains on the ground, the toilet leaks water that remains on the ground, the shower has all the moldy seals and when you enter there is a bad smell of rottenness. The elevator pushbutton is destroyed and is detached from the metal plate, the Wi-Fi only works at the reception which in the morning is invaded by everyone for this problem. I had to catch an early flight so as reported, I showed up for breakfast at 6.30am but there was nothing ready and they were starting to prepare breakfast. I don't know how he survives. For my part I will avoid the area in the future also because it really sucks

A TOTAL DISASTER. Escape this address for your events
We had the misfortune to organize our wedding dinner at Kthotel for about 200 people, and it was a catastrophic experience from start to finish. A total shame, especially when you know the rates they charge. Service has been dismayingly amateurish: unpleasant, poorly trained, even downright aggressive waitresses. One of them even hit a guest with a chair, without a word of apology. We thought we were dreaming, but we weren't. And this is just the beginning.
➡️Service quality was poor: Almost no air conditioning in a full room in the middle of summer. My brother had to intervene himself to set the air conditioning!
➡️The dishes were not the ones tasted during the tasting. The meat ration has been reduced without warning.
No bread with salad, because "you don't eat salad with bread", according to them. Seriously?
Service slow, disorganized, the dishes arrived very late.
Tables were simply forgotten, without bourek, and we only knew it afterwards.
We felt like we were bothering them by organizing our wedding. No Sense of Welcoming, no rigour, no consideration for the bride and groom or guests.
And all for a more than high price.
To flee absolutely if you want to avoid turning the best day of your life into a logistical and human nightmare.
