pleasantly surprised, 100% satisfied.

We are really pleasantly surprised by the services of this hotel, the room and free safe, the bathroom and all its accessories, the bath sheets changed every day, the cleanliness. Friendly staff, fast technical service if needed.
the top is breakfast: rich, varied, hearty, pastries, sweet, savoury, worthy of the great hotel chain.
Many thanks to SIHAM and MYRIAM, the physio-masseuses, they have put us straight back damaged by everyday stress, competent, professional and fairy hands. Heated indoor pool at the top also
A little extra to add a restaurant and pizzeria opposite, where you eat excellently well: STEAK ROOM AND PIZZA DELIVERY, it's worth a visit I promise.

Disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the supervisor and his teams

Extremely disappointed by the reception and the lack of friendliness and professionalism of the supervisor Farouk. We understand how the staff is trained: all in his image: unpleasant, haughty, with no smile, and not quick to solve problems and respond to your requests...
Otherwise, the room was more or less clean and the breakfast was decent.
The indoor pool is a real sauna.
Personally, this manager harms the beautiful image of the AZ hotel chain.
The quality of service needs to be reviewed urgently!

Didn’t get shuttle for airport. Although in specifications the hotel mentioned that transportation to airport is included for free. Amat the end I rental one taxi to airport and I paid that from my pocket

Lamentable

I am very disappointed by the hotel which was really in a dismal state. The room was very very dirty, carpeted, dust from water bottles under the bed of yellow curtains instead of being white, smell of cold tobacco being asthmatic, I had to take Ventoline during my entire stay at no commercial gesture on the part of the hotel, I am very disappointed, you have to take large group hotels ever again I strongly recommend this establishment

Bad experience

The hotel has some potential, but unfortunately it is losing quality. There are several indications that a refreshment would be required, both in terms of facilities and general maintenance. The General Mood gives the impression of a somewhat neglected place, which is a shame.
Regarding the Service, not everything is to blame, but I was particularly surprised by the attitude of the parking agent. The Processing of clients did not always seem to be equal, which created some discomfort. A more uniform and impartial Welcoming would be most welcome.
In short, the hotel could regain its superb condition with some efforts on the general state of play and a more consistent Service.
