Terrible experience

Caution when booking accommodation online: even if a property offers free cancellation, you may still receive abusive messages just for exercising this right. I had booked in good faith, but later realized that the service I needed was not available, so I cancelled.
Unfortunately the response received from the structure was: “For... or for... you blocked the dates and after cancellation.”
Behavior like that doesn't even deserve a star. Respect for travelers should be the minimum, even when not everything goes according to plan.

Highly recommended!!

Excellent location near the Port (boarding) , away from the chaos of the city necessary services in the area .Host polite and helpful in giving advice. Structure with simple and functional furnishings, excellent cleaning. Highly recommended

Room description did not match / cheap price

The accommodation is located in a residential area. The house and the garden are beautiful. We were able to park in the courtyard. There are also other public parking options in the alleys in front of the door. It is relatively far from the center, but you can get to the water quite quickly on foot. The price of the accommodation was good.
We did not get what we booked. It was actually supposed to be a deluxe double room with one bed, but we got a room for 4 people. All rooms on the ground floor had a privacy screen in front of the door. Only in our accommodation was this not opaque, so you could always be seen by other guests or the hosts. The bathroom was small and the shower was at ground level directly in front of the toilet with no curtain or door. If you wanted to take a shower, it was clear that you would flood the whole bathroom. If you know that, it's OK. If you then have to go to the toilet afterwards, there is a risk of spreading the shower water around the apartment. Many of the amenities listed in the room details were missing (or were not shown to us at check-in if they were outside the room). These include a kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine.
