Nice hotel
The room was nicely decorated, reasonable and comfortable. The bed was nice to sleep in. I had a small balcony but also access to a large terrace, although I didn't use it. The bathroom was comfortable and large too.
Breakfast was good, much to choice.
Wifi worked well, no problems. Staff nice and helpful.
You had access to a swimming pool where there were sun loungers and parasols and behind it a restaurant where you could have coffee or eat both lunch and dinner, very well prepared.

Very, very disappointed, I do not.
Upon our arrival, the 4 rooms available at 2:00 PM were not ready until after 6:00 PM.
Air conditioning needs to be checked in all the rooms.
In one of the rooms, it smelled so bad that no one could sleep there,
The receptionist acknowledged it but had no replacement room, they provided us with an extra bed, without sheets or a pillow, figure it out,,,
Room called "royal suite", (which you will pay more for) toilet broken, no light in the toilet. Replacement room, no shower head, just a hose.
Breakfast buffet, you have to ask for everything, something is always missing, glasses, cutlery, bread, the basics.
No commercial gesture or discount, you have to pay for the rooms in advance.

Only the room is good.
However, I have rarely seen a breakfast buffet so lacking. Almost no choices, few things to eat, and really not good.
We reported this to the reception on the first day, who assured us that it was not like this every day and that the next day would be better.... And well, no. The "buffet" was identical the next day. We paid for breakfast at the hotel only to end up paying for breakfast at a café....

Good Service but quite bad breakfast.
Freshly renovated room on the second floor. Clean water in the pool
Easy to park at free parking.
The staff were very helpful.
New clean towels every day.
In-room refrigerator
Slippers and toiletries.
Gratis Wifi
Possibility to borrow towels to use by the pool.

What was less good was the breakfast. The range of breakfast was not so good and you have to pay extra for refilling coffee which was strange.
It was breakfast that pulled down the grade.
Keep in mind that the location is not so good so you need to have a car for a comfortable stay.

Avoid this hotel. False 4 stars.
In the end shower break and clog. Every time I wash the bathroom is flooding, no bathrobe.
The worst was the next morning no hot water to wash and even 1 hour before making the room more water just.
I informed the receptionist of the worries, they had nothing to do and did not even look at me.
I’m not going to shout racism but when you’re not treated like that you can ask yourself questions.
The 4 stars are bogus.

The hotel is beautiful nonetheless.
