Very honest company and great services!

We used the transportation services of this company (Transport, hostel and tours). They are extremely honest! I forgot an important bag at the departure city and realized it halfway! The driver used his contacts to get my bag back and put it on a night bus so I could pick it up the next morning!! ALL THE MONEY I HAD INSIDE WAS THERE!!! It is an honest and trusted company, I recommend for transportation definitely!

Terrible customer service

Ignored me when I came to the desk and asked questions about me checking in for my bus. Told me to just wait for my bus and I did for 1 hour until the bus came and they realized I had a ticket but my name wasn’t actually on their sheet. Got very verbally mad at me even though I had a physical ticket. They sat in the back room while we waited for the bus and did not acknowledge us at all.

Difficult to sleep.

This hostel is average at best.
If you like loud blaring music all night then choose this place.
The only nightclub in town is directly opposite.
Wouldn’t be so bad but the club is dire as well.

Great!!!

Booked 1 tour & 1 night bus with this company & both were a great experience!
The kayaking through the cave/then hiking for 8k was hard work, but really enjoyable!
The night bus we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get seats together but Linh was amazing, booked seats together & went onto the bus & spoke to the driver who asked people to move so we didn’t have the hassle or stress!
If you’re looking for any tour or especially any transfer out of Phong Nha look no further, as this company & especially Linh are both great!

Lovely family. We buy from them the caves trip and they took care that we get what’s appropriate for us and we want. We rented from them motorcycle that was great experience. They let us use their shower before living Phong nha. The all family was generous to us and they send with us fruits. We
