Amazing hotel in a great off the tourist map beach town

Amazing quality hotel with easy access to the beach, lovely views, a great rooftop pool and delicious dining. I am glad my Vietnamese friends recommended this gem. Cửa Lò is a perfect beach getaway in Vietnam. Know very well by locals, it is only a matter of time before foreigners also discover it.

Dedicated staff, good food, smellless swimming view to the sea is also a bit nice but the room is not very clean, the shower on the ceiling is empty, the TV is not on... :[]

Experience is bad.

Very bad experience. The reception is extremely missing, especially the receptionist Dan, who came on the evening of July 4, 2026, and you argue with the guests. Close room, dark, old, not worth the price

Beautiful hotel!

My family has stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel itself is well-designed with new, modern furniture. The infinity pool on the 20th floor has nice view to relax and take a selfie. Staffs are friendly and attentive but need more training in check-in, check-out time, and need to know more about tourist information (bus, tour, destination).

Very smart Hotel

Arrived from Hanoi early hours of morning due to delay of plane,
Superb Hotel and spotless.
However not one word of English was spoken by any of the staff.
Room was brilliant and the best I have seen for sometime.
Breakfast. Egg and dry bread, half a cup of coffee with carnation milk.
Only one other table occupied.
Dinner.
We are the only people in the restaurant.
I ordered pork. Got two plates of food. First plate consisted of a piece of pork????? That had come out of the deep freezer and deep fried, completely unedible , The second plate some pork strips which was reasonably good.
Both plates with chips and no vegetables.
This is not a place for Europeans. We should not have been there.
However the actual Hotel was brilliant. However we just went to Vinh City and found a pizza. Spent a fortune on taxis. 350000 dong each way twice,
