Guests of this hotel on a two-day excursion to the Mekong Delta.
In my opinion, it falls into the middle category because although in the center and a bit of a démodé luxury, it remains a bit obsolete.
Discreet service, large room but essential furnishings.
Basic breakfast.

Rooms smelt bad like piss and there was heaps of cigarettes everywhere including the hallway! It looks spooky at night too and the beds are quite itchy… Hotel needs a deep clean because it’s not very nice. Friends room was extremely dirty and smelly but they let them change

Old worn out hotel in horrible location

Filthy, not maintained for a decade (right out to a dirt road with a wet market with fish blood running in floods of filthy water)
Mold and dirt everywhere, hallway floors coming to pieces.
Breakfast really bad

Avoid, it’s awful!

Run down, mouldy, smelly. Luckily we only stayed one night as part of a tour but was very disappointed in the accommodation. The only good thing is the room and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was passable for one night stay. Would not recommend.
