Good location

Stayed in a selection of the flats over the years, all good, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Stayed in flat 7 this time which has the added bonus of a parking space for a small/medium car. Will be returning.

It makes Fawlty Towers look professional, friendly and clean. Couldn't quite believe this is a functioning institution. The fact they refuse to refund the booking only adds insult to injury. Shame on Hotels.com for even listing this place. And shame for them not protecting their users by refunding themselves.

Awful & Musty

Absolutely awful so musty in bedroom I could not sleep and we left early. I had to try to sleep on the sofa

We were very sorry to read this review as we go to great lengths to maintain high standards. However we have been unable to trace this guest at our property and have no record or reports of this nature. We have since had many many guests giving excellent feedback.
