Excellent stay, highly recommend

Absolutely lovely B&B, very comfortable stay, hosts Nikki & Neil can’t do enough for you during your stay. Breakfast was amazing really tasty. Local to Belfast where the Titanic Museum is and The Giants Causeway, local costal walks.

Warm hosts, amazing breakfasts, and a genuinely memorable stay.

We stayed at Sunbeam Bed & Breakfast for two nights and it ended up being one of the real highlights of our time in Northern Ireland. Nikki and Neil are exceptional hosts — warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in their guests. By the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to new friends.
Breakfast was sensational both mornings. Fresh eggs laid that very morning, bacon, pancakes, cereal, fruit, juice — proper farmhouse hospitality and plenty of it. Dinner the night before had been just as good, and the whole stay had that generous, homely feel that’s hard to find these days.
The room was comfortable, the setting peaceful, and the whole place had a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. After long days of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back to.
Sunbeam B&B will stay in our memories for all the right reasons: wonderful hosts, great food, and a genuine Northern Irish welcome. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone travelling through the area

Amazing

Stayed here for one night and it was perfect, nice rural setting but still close to the motorway. Nikki and Neil were amazing hosts providing us with everything even a gluten free breakfast! The food included locally sourced produce which was a nice touch. They allowed late check in and early check out. Couldn’t recommend enough

Grandsons Wedding

We were attending a wedding at The Wool Tower in Broughshane and booked the Sunbeam B&B for our family of 5. The venue is 10 mins drive from the accommodation so very close. The Sunbeam offers excellent accommodation 1 family room and one double both ensuite with excellent facilities. Extremely comfortable providing an excellent night's sleep. Our hosts were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond driving us back to the venue the next morning to get our car. Breakfast was so good and set us up for our journey home. We would highly recommend the Sunbeam if u are in the area brilliant facilities at a very reasonable price would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful B&B

My 8 month old and I had the best experience in Sunbeam Bed & Breakfast. I stayed here for 3 nights with my little one and he never fussed at all it was as if he felt like he was at home. The hosts made us feel so welcomed. My baby was given toast and scrambled egg for breakfast each morning which he loved and I had an amazing fry! The room was cozy and the en-suite was nicely done and very modern. I will definitely be back!
