Great home feeling, kind staff, comfortable and quiet hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located on a quiet street, 15 min walk to the city centre. The room was large enough, very clean, comfortable bed, mini fridge, air con, tv. The breakfast was fabulous: ham, cheese, eggs, vegetables, sausages, jam, butter, milk, coffee, juice. The staff is very kind and ready to help with all useful info. Large private, free parking in the courtyard. Nearby 5 min walk you can enjoy a tasty and affordable lunch at Provence self-service. Castle Bory a must see 10 min by car. Also lake Velence, 20 min by car where you can enjoy a pleasant walk and a fantastic fish soup at Feher Fregatt Vendeglo restaurant. Thank you Hotel Platan.

Very nice hotel.

Hotel platan has a comfortable look, both rooms, sourroundings and restaurant. The staff are very helpfull. Good parkingplace. We stayed at the hotel 3 times because it fit to our budget and the quality we want.

Good hotel in peaceful location

Stayed here on business for 10 nights ...quiet location,staff were very helpful, good choice of breakfast, free WIFI throughout hotel ,secure car parking in rear courtyard ...was very clean and comfortable

Very nice hotel in quite location

Really nice hotel in quite location of Szekesfehervar, close tu Budapest and also Balaton. Room was clean, large, with large bed, LCD TV, phone and AC. Hotel have very nice sunny garden. Breakfast was delicious - buffet style.Parking is in front of the hotel or in the enclosed yard. I can recommned this hotel.

Very good price value relation

We selected Szekesfehervar just by looking for a place close to Budapest and Balaton, to do trips from here. We were suprised by the place and did like it a lot. The hotel has a good location close to the local spa Arpad (5 min), the city center (10 min), it is close to Buda street to Budapest. The hotel is quiet, good beds, climatisation works. There is a parking and big garden. The rooms were comfortable with minibar, tv, wifi - all for a very good price. The only thing, which was not so good, were the breakfasts. We did like the eggs. The other food was cheap - for example not orange juice, just something chemical, joghurt with starch, not good coffee.
