Horror experience
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed and fully paid reservation, only to be told that there was no room available for us. After travelling and arriving at the hotel, the last thing you expect is to discover that the room you already paid for simply does not exist for you.
This caused a huge amount of stress, frustration and inconvenience, especially after making the journey expecting everything to be organised and confirmed.
What makes the situation even worse is the lack of professionalism and proper communication. If a hotel accepts and confirms a reservation and takes the guest’s money, the room should be available when the guest arrives.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

We had travelled and made all our plans based on a confirmed and paid reservation, yet we were not provided with the accommodation we had booked.
Being left with 6 people, including children, without a place to stay after everything had been paid for was extremely stressful and unacceptable.
This was not simply a disappointing stay — there was no stay at all. We paid for accommodation that we could not use and were put in an extremely difficult situation.
I would not recommend this property. We expect Booking.com and the property to take responsibility for what happened.
Worst experience.

Very disappointing, online description is not accurat
We asked the lady about the frequenzy of trains between 8pm and 8pm and she got very unfriendly to say it politely.
We asked to cancel and with a handwave she directed us to leave.
3 hours later the full amount was deducted from our card. Before we arrived the communication via booking msg was very nice, after that no answer to our msg neither did they get back to booking.com
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja
