A special building for sure with a historical touch. The room was nice, well-functioning fridge and kettle a plus (though no coffee was provided). Wi-fi was quite reliable and password-protected. The breakfast, whilst helpfully included in the room price, was a bit disappointing, coffee and juice tasted very poorly, and the meal options were also limited--especially for those who do not eat meat.

309 microscopic room

The hotel is located in a beautiful building that is imposing in size; unfortunately, I cannot say the same for room 309. We were 3 adults in a room where we struggled to move around. The bathroom is 80 cm wide with a shower access of about 30, so much so that I, a size 48, could barely fit in it. The sink is tiny and low, so much so that you have to contort yourself to brush your teeth. Breakfast is non-existent (exit the garage, turn right, and 200 m away there is a fabulous pastry shop). Cleanliness? Under the beds there was a whole world...

Night was noise and terrible. Loud party with subwoofer decibels shaked the walls in my rooms untill 2 am. I wrote the complaine to the management and did not get any responce.
Before you will book this place think twice about weekend time. It might be disrespectful to you.

Development potential available

An ageing house with very small rooms.
Paid parking available to the public. Breakfast buffet very clear with stale lukewarm coffee.
Almost no warm water when showering (warm after almost 5 minutes).
Some expertise would be required at reception. Information about rides on the Minibahn, museums closed or open?
