June 2016 recreation

In June 2016, my partner and I spent 4 nights in the hotel in a superior room, with half board and spa access. The selection and quality of food was perfect. The staff is helpful, attentive and kind. Cleanliness ok. it was a comfortable room overlooking the lake, we were satisfied with the service. Location is a calm environment.
The price/value ratio is favorable. The sauna is activated upon request, and they prepare water flavored with lemon, which reflects their attentiveness.
Even after all these years, I can only say good things.

Business trip to Oroshaza

Clean, large room, varied and complete breakfast to satisfy all needs. Good buffet dinner considering the standards in the area. For Italian users it is certainly the best choice. Negative note: poor cleanliness of the reception.

Generally ok but few things to improve.dust in wardrobe and room.pilows very used with yellow marks on,bed the same.small balkony full of dirt.to make it clean 2 min.job with dustpan.but most unpleasant experience with staff in bar/restaurant.they did try to give me about 2000 forint less, when I told them I'm short with money they start laughing instant say sorry.iwent to reception make complaint,but she did anything, simply staff against costumer.for the money they charging ?I will go next time to some other place.

Good

Good hotel. Almost empty during November. Nice lake. Good an young personal and great restaurant. Connected with Thermal Spa with medical water and big sauna centre. I recommend to everybody - old couple or Family.

Nice outfit unprofessional staff

I have been staying there for a while since I have a Client in the city.
I stayed in the room 409 last time and it was noisy , I could not sleep even with ear plug.
I went there again and they gave me a same room. I asked them to change driven by previus experience. They tried to convince me that was not noisy stating that room 410/411 could be noisy but not room 409...they did not change!!
It was noisy again, permanent machine Noise all over! I could not sleep again!
I don’t truly understand how they can sell something like that for leasure where customers can’t sleep.
Overall this hotel looks nice but far from good , in my view it is rather 3 star than 4. The staff is not trained well , they are not helpful and truly don’t know what customer service is.
