The mildly sulphurous thermal pools (hotter and less hot) are excellent (open 7-19); the aircon is good; breakfast and dinner are fairly good; parking is limited on-site, a free car park can be found up the road on the left hand side, walking distance to lake Heviz

Nice property with thermal water. Modern room, unfortunately without balcony.
But the food and beverages was average.

A really great stay at this lovely resort. Buffet food options were extremely accommodating to someone with gluten and dairy intolerance. Excellent food, and lots of healthy choices. The room was spacious with lovely walk in shower, super comfortable bed and soft bed linens. TV does not have English channels. The thermal pools are inside and out of varying temperatures and varying water features for massage. The outdoor swimming pool was empty and out of use which was disappointing so swimming was not possible. The location is set in a forest and peaceful, but there were quite a lot of children staying so outside thermal pools were very noisy.

It is a nice hotel, but the staff is not that nice if you don't speck Hungarian.
Room 729 was very cold and I call to reception but the Lady that was there that time didn't do anything.

Great relaxation!

Great hotel! A taxi from the bus station is 10 minutes away. Very clean and cozy! The staff speak different languages, Russian will understand you too. Rooms are neat, nice furniture and linens. I was happy with the bathrobes in the room, they had pin tags on them, and I couldn't be confused with a spa. The spa is a variety of baths and saunas, baths with different water temperatures. Lots of guests, but plenty of room for everyone. Surrounded by greenery, the air is delicious from the lime blossoms. Lots of flowers. Breakfast is very generous, freshly squeezed juice you make. At lunch, you can eat at the restaurant for money separately, at dinner a rich selection of food too. Alcohol is on the bill. Visitors from all over the world, lots of Russian speakers. The lake is about half an hour walk away. I'd love to be back there. A 15-minute drive from the hotel can be taken to the station and travel to Diers in the north of the country. P
rides look like our trains and come with problems. If there is already a ticket from there to another place, then the train is better excluded. Or two hours by bus to Budapest.
