Szuper hely!

4 napot töltöttünk a panzióban,a személyzet kedves és profi volt. A szobák tiszták,világosak,tágasak.A reggeli bőséges volt, a kávé mennyei.
Nagyon sok programlehetőség van a környéken,közvetlen a panzió mellett található lovarda,az oktatás nagyon magas színtű,figyelnek a gyerekekre.
Sok állat megtalálható még a nagy területen,simogatni is lehet őket. Erdei kirándulásokat is lehet szervezni,közel van Sopron ha egy kis nyüzsire vágyunk,és persze Ausztria is csak pár percre található.
Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, biztos jövünk még.

Not so polite receptionist

When we arrived the receptionist was surprised and angry since we were 4- so she said we are allowed go to the apartment though we booked only for 2 adults. We showed her the confirmation received for 4. On her paper the nr of guests was also 4- so we did not really understood why she was upset. Next day we arrived to the breakfast 5 minutes earlier and we were literally thrown out from the restaurant. Never ever will go back there.
The room is all in all clean but there is a hole on the wall and the bathroom is smelly because of the toilet. It is very far from a 3 star hotel.

Not recommended

The receptionist was unfriendly, the wifi was unusable. The room is ok, clear and the bathroom is correct as well, but the bed is not so comfortable. The breakfast was good and the waitress tried to do her best. The jacuzzi is available, it is 50 m from the main building, there is no relax possibility, room and the bathroom of jacuzzi was horrible. The trainee was very kind and helpful.

Rudest staff we ever had

Staff was so rude we quit after a few days.receptionist is unpolite and unprofessionel.waiter(?)was arguing when we arrived 5 min before dinner.the hotel is in quite bad condition and obviously not maintained well.food is poor,no fresh food or vegetables,noodles for vegetarians is the only offer.we could't use the pool because of a garden weeding but the sauna was offered instead:) (40 degrees,hot summer).avoid this place!!

Avoid

First I thought that the salad bar was sad because we went there off-season. Then I saw the stained towels that we were given.... Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place. The hotel's website is waaaay more impressive than reality. The only thing that it works in favor of the place is the village itself, hidden in a quiet corner of the country.
