The very good restaurant

This meal was very good with freshly prepared products with love. I recommend the very good Chinese dishes. The decor was original with floral and contemporary touches. I recommend this restaurant to go with family or friends.

Great solution for short stays

This honest 2-star hotel has a strategic location, with private indoor parking. The rooms have been recently renovated, and are simple but very clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows new.
The reception is a bit dated, and the welcome and interaction with the staff is a bit detached. Care must be taken in the parking lot, very narrow (but protected by a coded gate, which at night remains closed). In the room some smudges (but easily correctable), while the noise from the road, very busy, can annoy the most sensitive. Breakfast is missing, but twenty meters away there is a good pastry bar.

Zero reception

We booked via telephone and they immediately demanded a bank transfer of the full price (complete with demonstration via photo of the bank transfer made) without an invoice, otherwise they would not have stopped the room. We arrive on the scheduled day at 11:00 and find the reception empty, without even a bell to call someone. In the end we call them on the number used for the transaction and finally someone shows up: a lady who has obvious difficulties with our language and who takes a long time to find our reservation. In the end, however, he doesn't give us the key to the room because it won't be ready before 3pm... there had never been any talk about this check-in time. Anyway we leave our luggage in the car and go to visit Verona until 3pm, when they finally let us in. The room was large, clean and quiet, despite being on a very busy street, but at the same time it was very hot, so we tried to use the air conditioner without success. We go down to reception, because the room doesn't have a telephone, and the answer was “do you need air conditioning? With this coolness?” (I specify that the temperature at 7.30pm was 28 degrees). In the end, having to justify why we needed it, the lady finally agreed to "take a look" while we went out to dinner and luckily it worked when we returned. Then the next day, at 9.50 they came knocking on the door and we were made clear that we had to vacate the room because they had to clean, when only the day before at 3pm the same room was not yet ready... I didn't know that cleaning took 5 hours. Overall a very bad experience, with unpleasant staff who make you feel unwanted and annoying all the time. Rather than wisteria, a more appropriate name would be weeping willow...

The frozen kingdom

Don't expect to eat fresh produce because everything is frozen here. The menu is way too long (it serves anything and everything). The food is bad and not worthy of what is usually served in a restaurant.
I strongly advise you not to approach this restaurant.

Excellent and cheap restaurant

Amazing food, really good prices and portion sizes were way bigger than you would expect! Definitely would recommend and they have a wide variety of different food to offer. The staff is very friendly and brought out the food quickly.
