Nice experience. Especially the owner is an exquisite and helpful person

B&B 15 minutes from the center of Verona. Spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast and fridge available for guests. The added value is the availability and friendly assistance of the owner, really kind and prodigal of good advice for every need. He even provided us with cushions to see the opera at the Arena! We recommend this property because the value for money is great.

Perfect weekend

I stayed in this property for two nights with a friend of mine.
Rooms as per photos on the website (we had booked with booking). We had a beautiful large room, with an equally large bathroom, two large French windows and therefore very bright rooms. The bathroom would need some small maintenance (missing sink cap, toilet seat that needs to be tightened, shower glass in place of the curtain) but I must say that the accommodation is ideal for visiting Verona and its surroundings (15 min walk to Piazza Bra) and you can easily reach it from the motorway.
Mr. Silvio is a perfect host, with a profound knowledge of his city. He gave us useful advice for our stay (especially gastronomic!!!).
In our opinion, breakfast needs to be improved/expanded: we suggest adding something savory, such as cold cuts and cheeses, and perhaps some fruit and cereals.
More than positive assessment for our stay.

All that glitters is not gold

I'll start with the less positive parts: disappointing structure compared to what is shown in the photos, the most astonishing thing is the lack of cleanliness. The apartment given to us was clear that it was dated (but obviously this is absolutely not the problem), not so much from the furnishings, but from the "perfume" that welcomes you upon entering. The overnight stay was short, but even shorter was the time dedicated to cleaning for the next day... the positive part: we were welcomed and guided through a very accurate super exposure on Verona, its history and the monuments to see; which was very welcome.
If only there had been the same care in the maintenance of the apartment marked for us, it would have been a more pleasant stay. Sin!

Comfortable B&B in Verona

A little bit difficult to find at first but once there you will be greeted by the host, Silvio. He would be there to welcome you, suggest some plans while you're in Verona, and helped to serve you breakfast. He even called us on arrival day to make sure we're not lost and gave us a map of the city. The property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was not spectacular but more than enough to help us start our day. We had a good time in Verona. Thanks Silvio.

Great location & value

Great location for city center, 15-20 minute walk. Host is very helpful and gives maps & advice on what to see & do. Room (3 bed) spotlessly clean & bed the most comfortable we’d had in 3 weeks! Breakfast plentiful & would definitely recommend & return.
