Very nice stay!

We spent 3 wonderful nights at this place. The location is perfect. Close to the highlights and to the railway station. The room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast. 2 bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Room dated as the shared bathroom but clean.Presence of towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom.Detergents and open shampoos available.Rooms are not soundproofed.A kitchenette has a coffee machine and kettle for tea. Poor snacks, a can of coke for everyone and half a liter of milk available in frigo.Abbiamo paid 60 euro.La location and 'great but parking and' pagamento.Un euro' hour.

Great location and secure rooms.

Great little single room in a very good location for getting around into the heart of Verona. The entrance was a little hard to find but I was able to get in touch with the hotel owner using WhatsApp which was very convenient. Once inside, I felt the property was secure and safe, plus the room was very cute and clean. I had everything I needed for a one night stay.
The only thing is that the entrance is hard to spot. You need to look for number 15, and you will notice a small label underneath the apartment buzzer system. It has the numbers to contact the hotel to get inside. Once you have the codes to get in, it's fine.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!

Please, for heavens sake don't go to this hell of a place. It's seriously the worst of the worst hotel out there!
The building is ugly, the room is terrible, the view is hot sauce in the eyes and you can get a MUCH better place for only 15 EUR more. The breakfast seems also to be like puke.
SO PLEASE, IF YOU LIKE YOURSELF, SPEND EXTRA 15 EUR AND GO TO BETTER PLACE!
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

Perfect for a short break

My partner and I booked in for the weekend (two nights) on our recent trip to Verona. The owners very kindly agreed in advance that we could check in early which was such a relief as we were knackered after 8 hours of travelling! It is roughly 15 mins from the central train station, to which you can get a bus easily to from the airport.
The building was a bit hard to find but only because of the scaffolding up so we couldn't see the numbers. The b&b is a flat situated within a residential block of flats. You do have to call someone to let you in but they came down very quickly. The lady couldn't speak much english but we got by fine, paid on arrival, were given all the codes to access the building and were shown to our room.
Room was clean (although we did find a used pair of socks in one of the drawers!) as was the en-suite bathroom. We did have to pay extra for the en-suite which we didn't mind too much as it wasn't loads and we just didn't fancy sharing a bathroom. It didn't have air conditioning from what we could see so we had the windows open the whole time, not sure how much I would have enjoyed it in the height of summer.
The breakfast available is continental, a fair bit of variety available (three different coffee machines!)
Location wise it is about a 5-7 minute walk to the Arena and from there you can walk to all the main attractions very easily. It is also near a very lovely local restaurant called the three risotto which we would highly recommend!
The owner was very easy to get in contact with and allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day after check out.
Very pleasant stay, would recommend.
