Great experience

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and recently renovated, with a breathtaking view of the lake that makes the stay even more special. The location is strategic: perfect for those who want to ski, go sledding or simply let the children play in the park right in front of the hotel. In addition, it is ideal for those who like to take relaxing walks around the lake or hikes in the surrounding mountains. The food is delicious, well-kept and of high quality. The staff is friendly and professional, but at the same time welcoming and with a pleasant family touch that makes you feel immediately at home. Highly recommended!

The staff is very rude and the waiting times to consume are very slow. I wanted to give 0 stars but it's not possible

Cozy family-run hotel. Clean, warm rooms, great large bathroom with a wonderful shower. The restaurant serves well-prepared, tasty and especially very hot dishes. Ah!The request is met quickly. But, what enchanted me was the breakfast for the group guests that was our case are organized by a full table with the breads, jelly croissant, toast td arranged with quite care. The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains and is located near the center with a nice walk there. I super recommend Miralago and Georgia, daughter of the couple is super friendly, attentive to everything and everyone.
The Wifi signal is great!!

Overrated pass your way to the main Misurina lake straight

Over rated, the staff of the restaurant has no time to give information, or provide incorrect one. The bill was wrong. Food was average, but interior is ok. Lots of car parked between the hotel and the lake hence you have view on a parking lot instead than on the lake.
