Everything perfect

I spent two nights in this B&B in the center of Voghera and I had a great time: bright room, spotless, with everything working: Wi-Fi, light bulbs, refrigerator, hot water, air conditioning, microwave; very quiet. Quick and kind welcome. Excellent choice of breakfast at a pastry bar a hundred meters. Fair price.

Let’s say that after reading the previous reviews, I started with some concerns.
I’m sorry, but I have ended up in that category of dissatisfied customers.
I don’t know what determines efficiency or inefficiency!
I don’t feel I can judge the establishment negatively in every aspect, but I strongly advise the owner to thoroughly check the work of their employees and ensure customer satisfaction for each individual accommodation.

Bad structure.

After checking in at the main venue of the apparently nice structure, I was told that I had been allocated a room in the branch office in Piazza del Duomo. The premises are old and with an unpleasant smell. The property consists of 4 apartments, 3 with private bathroom and 1 with bathroom down the hall. During the night the heating system turns off making the premises cold.

Cheaters the worst night of my life

They are thieves and cheats if they run out of rooms without warning you they move you to another bad and dirty facility. Everything is of poor quality, sheets, towels, blankets, not to mention breakfast at IP, all extremely shabby. The property no longer answers the phone but only via chat. ATTENTION WARN ABSOLUTELY

Great stay after a long bike ride. We were welcomed by Claudio who showed us our comfortable room, stored our bikes safely, and even allowed us to do some much needed washing. Breakfast was in the square, and delicious. Recommended.
