Great option for families in Ortisei
I stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at Villa Hubertus in Ortisei in July with 4 adults and 2 children.
Villah Hubertus was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The prices are very reasonable compared to hotels, provided easy access to the city center, and was also not full board / half board; We didn't want full board as we left normally early mornings to go hiking, so we didn't need hotel breakfast (which typically don't start until 7:30AM) and also wanted the flexibility to eat dinner at different restaurants.
Gerald was very helpful and contactable via whatsapp.
Please note this is a small business so emails did take at times several days to receive a response. However things are quite flexible and Gerald was very accomodating.

Best place in Ortisei!
Don’t look any further…This is the perfect place to be in Ortisei…clean, large rooms with kitchen, a lift, and your own free parking spot …mostly everything you need and most importantly the best views in Ortisei! The apartment is walking distance to everything, restaurants and bakeries and near the lifts..Alpi di Suisi/Seceda/Resciesa…Owner Gerald is wonderful and very accommodating. He is easily reachable by WhatsApp if you need anything or even tourist information…Highly recommended!

Great experience in Dolomites
We spend a week in Villa Hubertus and enjoyed a lot. The house is well located. A bit away from the city, but with escalators reachable in minutes. And the mountain train to Resciesa and the cabin to Seceda are also few minutes away. You will also get a free bus ticket for your stay and it's valid in entire Alto Adige.
There is a garage and a room for skis, or a bike in case you have it with you as I did. Gerald and Kathrin were very friendly and helped if needed.
Our apartment was STAMBËCH, two rooms and bathrooms plus a great view to the city and the mountains.
Can warmly recommend the place!

Beautiful luxury apartments
Fantastic place, close to the Secceda elevator, large and spacious apartment, delivered clean, more than enough closet space. Notes: we missed a toaster and also washing up liquid which would normally be expected. Towel change not yet experienced after 2 days.

Wonderful host, perfect getaway
Villa Hubertus is a hidden gem. Perfect location right above the town for a perfect view, yet literally just a few steps to town and for the lazy an escalator to take you straight to town.
The property was very easy to find. Parking was a big plus. It's an indoor parking with an elevator straight to the apartment which makes it easy when you have luggage.
The apartment was spotless. I usually clean as soon as I get somewhere and even in 5 star hotels you can find dust somewhere but not at VIlla Hubertus. It was spotless.
The kitchen was well equipped with cups, dishes, wine glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, espresso maker, tea kettle, dish towel, salt and pepper a dishwasher and dishwashing liquid
Towels were provided, bath, hands and a tub mat as well as hand soap.
Bed was super comfortable, closet was large with lots of room (on a side note, Gerald, the owner Is a carpenter and everything in the apartment is his handy work. It's easy to see the love, the work and the pride that goes into every piece).
Gerald was a wonderful host. Responsive to all my email before getting there, received us with a warm welcome, and attended to all of our needs with a smile.
A bonus with the apartment, Gerald gave us free bus passes to the different towns and free passes to the swimming pool in town (1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools). Gerald, we can't thank you enough for the wonderful 5 days in your home. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I am sure we will be back. Thank you for my gift, I will cherish it. That was very sweet of you.
