Comfortable, Clean and Spacious Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless, cozy, bright, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.
Parking right in front of the house was very convenient. We also appreciated the tablet with all the useful information — from appliance instructions to local shops, doctors, restaurants, pharmacies, and a list of current events. Ordering fresh bread for the morning was a lovely extra. The sparkling water dispenser was another great bonus.
A perfect place for both summer and winter holidays. We would happily come back.

Unforgettable holiday
Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spotless, wonderful location, high and sunny on the edge of the town, not at all disturbed by the noise and movement of the centre. The kindness, discretion and friendliness of Renate and her husband made us feel welcomed and welcome. We spent an unforgettable week. The garden with deckchairs for resting after the trip to the beautiful mountains was for us a strong point of the house, which will remain in our hearts. We hope to be able to return to this area again, and this accommodation will certainly be the first option.

Perfect stay in a beautiful town!!
Beautiful property at the top of Ortisei, yet close to the center with a 10 min walk/5 min bus ride. The views are outstanding and the hosts are exceptional in caring for their guests. We bothered them with some 1000 questions during our four night stay but they were always patient, quick and helping with their response. As we were arriving and departing by bus, they picked and dropped us at the bus stop at odd hours.
Apartment is extremely clean (I don't think I have even been to hotels which are this clean) with a well furnished kitchen, and anything you could need for the stay really. Eggs and bread available on demand!
Great views from the balcony and a short walk to a cable car for reaching Resciesa. Highly recommended!!

Lovely summer holiday
We spent a wonderful week at Apartments Dolina in August. We woke up each morning to a view of mountains, forest and meadow, and could hear the river below and the church bells! Our 8 year old son loved watching the Seceda cable cars go by from our window and enjoyed the trampoline and table football.
The apartment is in a great location, far enough out of town to feel that you are in nature but an easy and pleasant walk to shops etc. Cable cars and funicular were all within easy walking distance. The apartment was very large, clean, comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed. Renate was always very kind and helpful, welcoming us after our late arrival due to plane delays and giving recommendations for places to eat etc.
If you stay at Dolina you have free access to the Mar Dolomit pools which were amazing – a lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi, water slide, indoor pool and steam room. We had one rainy day but otherwise great weather, so we made good use of the Val Gardena cards we bought, which gave us 3 days use of the valley's cable cars, gondolas etc. The walking up in the mountains is beautiful. We missed the wildflowers, although there were still some up in the Puez Odle nature park. Ortisei itself is a pretty town, with a nice bustle and everything you need – bakeries, a Spar, a good choice of restaurants and places to buy ice cream!

Great apartment in lovely town
We stayed 4 nights during October at Dolina. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We immediately felt at home in the apartment. The wifi worked well and guests also have access to a washing machine with laundry powder which we found most useful. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, pots pans, stove and microwave however there's no oven incase you need one. It's an easy 10minute downhill walk into town, however walking from town back to the apartment takes more effort as it's all uphill. There's a bus stop very close to the apartment with the bus coming past every hour but we always walked or drove. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would happy stay again.
