Beautiful experience, recommended!!!

Vacation with the whole family (children aged 11, 8, and 3), we had a very good time, spacious and clean room, good food with good variety, and various services available. First and foremost the pool, which our children appreciated a lot, even the little one since there is a pool suitable for small children.
Proposed activities are interesting with very accessible walks and a mini club, which the only thing is it doesn't organize activities dedicated to children, but it is still a good service to keep the kids entertained.
Recommended also in light of a good price/quality ratio

A great hotel, but with some things to improve.

I will try to be brief: staff, welcome, rooms, cleanliness, location, and food quality are five-star. What needs to be improved: the game room is practically nonexistent; it would be appropriate to update it with latest-generation consoles to entertain the children during the times they stay at the hotel. In the outdoor area, it would have been nice to have a children's area with some animals and a better-equipped playground; the pools, unfortunately, are a sore point in my opinion, too small for the number of people at the hotel. I would have made one large pool with some slides and games for children; outside there is a covered hot tub that is too small for the hotel's needs in my opinion; it would have been appropriate to build a heated outdoor pool. This would have added significant value to the hotel. The promotion offered in the winter for the summer period was the deciding factor that made us stay instead of choosing other locations where we have already been, such as Andalo; in my opinion, the appetizer buffet should be improved because it is just sufficient and not at the same level as the table service. What struck me most is the extreme professionalism and kindness of the two dining room managers, husband and wife, and some of the staff; it is a pity that the presence of the bear right in the hotel area does not make walks on the trails feel safe; the municipality should implement different policies. I would definitely return for the promotion; the price-quality ratio was optimal. I hope they improve these things to add more value to the hotel and the stay.

Yet another excellent experience in Montana.

Came back for a fourth consecutive year and the attention, the care and the excellent services that the owners and the staff of Hotel Montana offer, hasn't changed. Just wishing some of the guests could be more selfish and respect the fact they are among other people, too...
Excellent food, a SPA that has everything one could need, spacious rooms with lots of wood furniture, the kindness of the staff.
