Ideal solution for a stay in Trento

I am choosing Hotel Buonconsiglio once again for a stay in Trento. In the city center, a hotel with common areas and well-furnished, clean rooms.
A good breakfast is available at a fair price.
Extremely helpful staff, ready to give truly useful suggestions. In my case this time, they suggested an excellent solution for parking my car. Covered public parking is available nearby. Trust in this facility has always been confirmed so far.

AC advertised - but not working on May 2nd

We stayed here before - but in January. We returned on May 2nd. Room looks great. Until we tried to turn on the AC.
I went down to reception. They tapped something into the computer and sent me back to the room. The AC was still not working.
We hadn’t unpacked. So we arrived down to reception with our bags. Innocently assuming the problem was just that room and they would change us to another room.
Only then were we informed that the AC does not operate until June. So why send me back to the room the first time?
We sat in reception with our bags and phoned another hotel. The Grand Hotel, just up the street. The receptionist there assured me that their AC was working fine.
The receptionist at Buonconsiglio - to be fair - assured me that I would not be charged.
I wish hotels would not advertise AC when they have a policy of limiting the months when it actually works.

Great experience

The extra star is for everything
the reception staff who indiscriminately was professional, extremely helpful, friendly and almost familiar.
Great breakfast and excellent is the cleanliness of the rooms.

Courtesy in a perfect location

I stayed at this hotel for only two days and with the need to be as close as possible to the station. I was impressed by the hotel Buonconsiglio the care of the environments, the excellent cleanliness and, in particular, the courtesy of the staff who met all my requests. A special mention certainly goes to the breakfast, tasty and complete, at a very honest price. The value for money of the hotel is actually great overall. The only flaw – regarding my preferences, at least – is that the TVs cannot connect to the internet to use Smart services. However, there are Sky services on offer, which is why I think the hotel deserves a full score anyway.
Thanks for the hospitality to the staff of the Buonconsiglio, I hope to be your customer again!
