Great location x visit Trapani
Centrale is located in a strategic position both for the center and for the departure of hydrofoils to the islands. Very nice place inside a building, clean room, with kitchenette where nothing is missing! Our room was the "blue" - We wanted to thank Sabrina who was always helpful and very kind! I recommend visiting Trapani and also staying at Centrale! Nearby also excellent trattorias, bars etc etc.

Terrible.
Just terrible!
It had never happened to us that the real conditions of a holiday home were so far from the photos on the site and that despite the tiredness of the long trip we had to go out to stock up on detergents and disinfectants to make the shower and bathroom a minimum usable!Not to mention any kitchen accessory (which we for obvious reasons did not use) knives and grater with old food residues in the drawers, oven already completely greasy and sticky outside, the chandelier, although positioned at the top, decorated with more or less recent grease leaks.After sending extensive photographic documentation to the owner I was replied that obviously it was the fault of the cleaning lady and that the next day he would send her to re/clean .The lady "carried out the cleaning" while we were out and when we returned we found the house in the same condition.We would have left this accommodation immediately if it were not for that we had paid on arrival and as requested in cash .To our complaints about the non-existent health and safety conditions (gas pipe of the cylinder expired 5 years ago and inserted without cable ties with the result that even to try to open it there was an immediate stench of gas!) the owner instead of apologizing was also quite altered!Only after our repeated insistences he finally deigned to refund us at least a small part of what we paid.Moreover knowing the problems of the Trapani aqueduct we asked if there were problems for water and only then he told us that the tap water is not drinkable... and despite that on arrival the unfortunate and unaware guests do not find even a bottle of water in the fridge... really speechless!I'm only sorry that tourists may think that this is Trapani hospitality... because Trapani is magnificent and the people of Trapani exceptional hospitality!
And nothing.... TERRIBLE is even a compliment!

Great location with a large Kitchen Diner
The rooms were spacious and functional and very good value. Fully equipped kitchen and Bathroom were all a good size. It's very good value and is only a couple of minutes walk from the Train station or where you get the Bus to the Airport. The Wi-Fi was good and we were able to stream TV. I would bring some ear plugs as in most of Italy's old towns sounds seem loud especially the motorbikes, bring some ear plugs. There's a supermarket a 5-10 min walk away, most shops shut between 1-1:30 and open again around 4-4:30, this excludes Bars and Restaurants on the whole. I would book again if I wanted to return to Trapani and I would recommend as it was comfortable and it was very reasonable.

Great apartment and great location
Centrale is ideally located to explore Trapani. Out the door to the left you can find the port, bus and train station, further away the weekly market on Thursday. To the right the beach and to the front the old town with many restaurants and shops. Everything within walking distance. We stayed a full month in this apartment and have no complaint at all. Wifi was working perfectly. The apartment was cleaned daily, new bath towels almost daily. The owner Anita is always ready to help or answer questions. A beach umbrella, beach towels, toys for children, it is all stocked. The patio is very nice looking, with many plants and flowers, a good place to relax peacefully. In my opinion the best apartment available if you are visiting Trapani.

Not what I expected
Although it's very clean and very close to city centre, there was no WIFI although we were given the password. When we told the owner, he just ignored us. The refrigerator was hot inside and all the food got stale, we didn't know where to put on the AC from so we slept a night in deep heat. We tried to phone the owners but no reply. The day after he showed us how to put it on. People staying in the apartment next door were so noisy talking loudly and TV full on.

Dear guests and future guests, here I permit myself to respond to this negative review. 1. We have WIFI 24h, and it works CORRECTLY, you can see other reviews and no complains, the only thing that could be difficult - a long and complicated password, if you tap it in a wrong way - you have no connection. We put this long password for the case of security, it was advised us by provider.
2. It is not possible, that persons can not use a commander to the air-conditioner, it is not a fault of the structure and if you have any question or trouble, you can always ask. Not like this guest did - told, that everything is ok and after departure cry and write this review.
3. If other guests don't stay quiet and don't let you sleep - we can not stay all night long to keep your dreams, we are not responsable for the behaivour of other guests, we are not a police.
4. Other thing - it is very intelligent to book a cheapest ROOM WITH BATHROOM and pretend for a kitchen. You had a choice to book an apartment with an equipped kitchen with higher price.
5. About cleaning - we offer to our guests every day cleaning, but not to change all towels every day, you can order it with extra charge.
And never saw persons, who smoke inside the room and throw sigarets on the floor. Lack of education and respect to the area, where you stay and to persons, who clean. We have a smoking area with a lot of ashtrays.
