Più che un B&B

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura e mi sono trovato benissimo. L'appartamento è immerso nel verde, pulitissimo, I locali sono spaziosi ben illuminati, sia dalla luce del giorno che quella artificiale. Le regole del Covid sono pienamente rispettate. I locali sono sempre sanificati. La dotazione degli elettrodomestici è unica, oltre ai classici vi è anche il bollitore e la macchina per il caffè in capsule fornite, queste ultime, dalla struttura. Il gestore, Pietro Coppola è gentile e premuroso, risolvendo, se mai ci fosse la necessità, qualsiasi tuo problema durante il soggiorno.

Difficult to decipher such an experience trying to remember even some small element or positive detail, in short, it is the antithesis of the perfect stay. It starts with a cocktail of appetizers.
Handle, toilet, mosquito nets, all broken and never fixed during the stay. And who knows if they will ever be fixed permanently. I change towels once a week, basically we had fingerprints stuck on, hexagonal, facial, almost like you see the sacred shroud since the washing machine was and probably still is, out of order. Pretty rough room cleaning, with cleaners listening to music in the middle of nowhere rather than cleaning, changing two patched sheets and leaving happy to have done the bare minimum. Only positive note perhaps, since even a small bench was broken, just to be consistent throughout, the only thing the surrounding flower bed, but I assume the credit is to be shared with all the condominiums. Never again!!!

Very disappointing, what a shame

The owner very helpful. Only positive note.
When we arrived at the facility we found the handle coming off, I immediately called the lady who welcomed us to let me know and she told me it would be fixed the next day but it never happened. Apartment renovated and equipped with air conditioning, however the bathroom fixtures are very old and the handle to turn on the water in the shower is rusty, the holes from which the water was supposed to come out are so blocked that the water leaks out the sides. When we decide to go to bed the surprise arrives: hair and stains in the sheets, duvet all stained, torn and "repaired" with the stapler. We had a friend of ours bring us the sheets for the first night and we asked them to clean everything immediately, but unfortunately the second duvet also had stains and was a little unstitched, the sheets had small stains on them. The yellowed face, body and bidet tablecloths, compared to my white one, looked really old and were only changed the day I asked to change the sheets. When we ran out of water and toilet paper, no one came to bring it, we had to take care of it ourselves. The only flaw is therefore the cleaning, followed by the maintenance of the bathroom. Comfortable mattress but unusable pillows

Large Comfortable Apartment

It is a large apartment on a main floor of a building. You can park on the street in front of the building. It's very secure (you need to unlock 3 doors to get in). Kitchen is well equipped, there is a washer and a rack to dry your clothes but no balcony. 10 minute drive to the cable car that takes to Erice (worth it!) but watch out for parking scams (individuals there that make you pay for free parking). Taxi to Trapani centre cost us 12 euro.
Wheelchair accessible.

Piacevole soggiorno in questo stanza dotata di ogni comfort,proprietario preciso e puntuale.ottima pulizia,clima TV frigo phon che chiedere di più,il tutto a meno di un km dal bellissimo centro storico di Trapani
