Beautiful panoramic view

An excellent lake-view hotel, great location for getting around, we did it with our car.
We felt very comfortable, kind and attentive staff. The breakfast is very varied from savory to sweet with the possibility of having breakfast with a lake view. We were traveling with our three-year-old daughter, the room was spacious and always clean upon our return. We left our car inside their parking lot, or there is the possibility of parking 700 meters from there. 4 days flew by. An excellent place to stay and tour the upper Garda area.

Top location, very friendly and clean.

Although the rooms are a bit older, everything is still in good shape and the room was very clean. Very good breakfast and very nice and friendly staff. Everyone is always trying their best. The location is perfect, breakfast right by the lake with a dreamlike view. Jumping into the lake again briefly in the evening is no problem; it hardly gets any more central or better than this.

Vacation

Light switch in the room is defective.
Air conditioning: The indoor units in the rooms are very loud and therefore disturb the night's rest.
Ambient noise: Significant noise occurs as early as 6:00 a.m. In particular, the glass containers are emptied at this time – unfortunately without regard for the relaxation and night's rest of the guests.
Unfortunately, there is hardly any consideration for existing food intolerances at breakfast. Only when it comes to the selection of fresh milk are appropriate alternatives offered.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wir bedauern, dass Sie Anlass zu diesen Anmerkungen hatten, möchten jedoch einige Punkte gerne sachlich klarstellen.
Während Ihres Aufenthalts wurde an der Rezeption keine der genannten Beanstandungen vorgebracht. Das bedauern wir besonders, da sich unser Haustechniker vor Ort befindet und bei einer entsprechenden Meldung ein Defekt selbstverständlich schnellstmöglich überprüft und behoben wird. Dies gilt auch für den Lichtschalter.
Die Klimaanlage verfügt über ein Lüftungssystem, das je nach individueller Wahrnehmung als unterschiedlich laut empfunden werden kann. Die Geräuschentwicklung liegt jedoch im vorgesehenen und technisch üblichen Rahmen.
Auch bezüglich des Umgebungslärms können wir die Anmerkung so nicht nachvollziehen. Die Glascontainer werden nach unserem Kenntnisstand nicht um 6:00 Uhr morgens geleert; eine solche Entleerung findet grundsätzlich nicht vor 9:00 Uhr statt.
Was die Frühstücksangebote bei Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten betrifft, legen wir großen Wert auf eine vielfältige Auswahl. Neben verschiedenen glutenfreien Produkten stehen unter anderem unterschiedliche Getränke, frisches Obst und weitere geeignete Alternativen zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist ausdrücklich ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Angebots und wird von unseren Gästen regelmäßig besonders geschätzt.
Wir hätten uns sehr gefreut, wenn Sie uns die genannten Punkte bereits während Ihres Aufenthalts mitgeteilt hätten. So hätten wir die Möglichkeit gehabt, unmittelbar darauf einzugehen und gegebenenfalls Abhilfe zu schaffen. Dennoch danken wir Ihnen für Ihre Rückmeldung und nehmen Ihre Hinweise selbstverständlich ernst.

Quiet place located in the characteristic port of Torbole.

Restaurant with air conditioning and excellent food with fast and professional service.
In the heat, I always get the big salad; there are about ten types that are generous and unbeatable.
My favorite is the caesar salad, a must-try.
5-star value for money.

Everything ok

Everything was fine during our stay. The rooms were clean. The breakfasts were okay. Fantastic location right in the center of Torbole. I recommend this hotel.
