FOR THE SECOND TIME HERE!
We returned for the second time in this b & b, now a fixed stop for us!

Disillusioned
We stayed 1 night, not knowing that it was patron's day in front of the front door a keyboard shame that no one had sent us the codes. We call to know what to do since there was no one and there was no parking a minimum of information x a person who is not local before I think it is a must at least send the information about the room.... I do not say much... breakfast almost everything in the bag except a sweet... further note everything was brought at 1.15 am with hustle and bustle moving in the kitchen because I know? Because I woke up suddenly and said who the hell is making this mess... in the kitchen and I looked at my cell phone... positive notes the room was clean and cute.

Useless air conditioning
The apartments are well equipped and the breakfast is correct. However, the air conditioning equipment did not pour cold air but warmed probably due to lack of refrigerant gas (oily gas outside). The thing is that the AC equipment stopped working, according to the Owner, we had mistakenly flipped a switch that turns it off.
Apparently this switch was labeled to show its function but some previous customer had removed that tag.
It is the Owner’s responsibility to make sure that the apartment has everything in order and, in this case especially the AC in a very high temperature area, specifically 29° to 1:00 in the morning.

Visit to Termoli at Easter.
We stayed in this b&b from March 30th to 31st to visit this beautiful ancient village, also inspired by the program 4 restaurants with Borghese. The room assigned to us was the Deluxe double room without breakfast.
We received general information and instructions on how to log in by telephone and with messages via wuatthap first with the owner and then with his son. Everything took place in complete autonomy. We met the owner's son as soon as we arrived for the documents. Then we were alone. The room was very refined, beautiful, clean, fragrant. We had a covered terrace available and we had breakfast there with drinks and biscuits brought by us. They told us not to use the kitchen, that we couldn't use anything. And we were respectful. It's a shame, however, that we couldn't stay out on the terrace because it was cold and very windy. It's a shame for us that we didn't enjoy the terrace or the hastily made breakfast due to the cold and lack of privacy. The external curtains didn't hold up due to the wind, there was no grip to hold them in place once they were open and then because there were people sitting outside on their balconies watching us. Really embarrassing. Too bad for us that we got cold. We couldn't bring the table into the room because it was made of iron and too heavy and there wasn't another table. Too bad for us who were polite, respectful while others used glasses and other things, even staying in the kitchen. Too bad for us that we didn't complain, ever. It was cold in the room too. We turned on the air conditioning which was not enough to heat the room. We tried to turn on the radiator but it didn't last long because it suddenly turned off. It wasn't exactly a positive experience, luckily the stay was short and luckily it's close to the center. For a longer stay I would say no. The wardrobe is also too small. Pillows that we found on the bed that we didn't know where to put. There is no support in the room, a bench. The bathroom sink was clogged. There is a very steep staircase to access the rooms and with rope handrails. A little difficult to carry more luggage and mostly heavy. The fact of being completely alone without the presence of the owners to ask when needed weighed on us a bit. For the rest we liked Termoli and it was a pleasant surprise.
