Living la dolce vita in Stresa!

Casa Diverio exceeded our expectations! Location is perfect and very charming - next door to a supermarket and close to a launderette, and close to the lake and many shops and restaurants. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and air-conditioned….and one balcony has views of the lake, and another balcony has a lovely and private spot to eat breakfast overlooking the apartment’s terrace with a fabulous communal spa below. Our host Susy was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

As good as home

At Casa Diverio we felt at home... a very comfortable, beautiful and well organized two-room apartment. Mrs. Susy very kind and very welcoming.
Maybe the cleaning was not perfect and the mattresses a little stiff, but nothing serious compared to the general comfort of the apartment, located in the center, close to restaurants, supermarkets and lakefront... highly recommended! Thank you for the nice stay!

A perfect place to stay in lovely Stresa

We loved this place. Perfectly located near the centre of the town above a well stocked supermarket. Noise was never an issue. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities needed. Two nice balconies to use. Susy, the owner, was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with before and during our visit. She gave excellent advice on things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed Stresa and the many great restaurants in close proximity (especially Osteria del Merato). A beautiful small Italian town.
We highly recommend this accommodation and would certainly stay again.

Weekend in Stresa exceptional

Central and comfortable structure with large indoor and outdoor spaces.
The building has been recently renovated so it has all the technologies.
Also the staff is friendly and helpful.
Last but not least, the place is clean and well organized.

Great place to stay in Stresa!

My wife and I just spent 7 nights in a very good 1-bedroom apartment own by Susy.
The apartment is fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher. The supermarket is in the next building, so cooking is possible whenever needed, wanted. The apartment’s location could not be better in Stresa – right in the center, with less than 1 minute walking to many good restaurants and 2 minutes walking to the lake front. Our apartment was on the second floor (zero is the street level). On the first floor there is a terrace with jacuzzi and BBQ grill, that is used by people from these apartments (I think, all apartments own by Susy). Susy is a super host: always walking around, providing advice on what to see and asking for any help.
