Lovely stay
We had a very pleasant stay and were really happy with the hotel. The views were absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. While it wasn’t entirely to my personal taste as it was quite European, my partner really enjoyed it and it seemed very popular with the other guests. I certainly have no complaints about the breakfast selection or quality.
The pool area was lovely, and all of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. After reading some of the negative reviews, I honestly don’t understand the criticism, as our experience was very positive from start to finish.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return in the future

Quiet, and lack of evening meal choices.
We arrived 4th May for 1 week.
The hotel building is very nice and clean. The furniture a little old fashioned, it felt like stepping back in time. Unfortunately the pool was empty the 1st day and took 2 days to fill.
Breakfast consisted of cartons of yoghurts, cakes and pastries, and fruit was available. There was a small table top hostess which had omelette, fried eggs, a vegetable option, and boiled eggs, there was ham and cheese available, as well as bread to toast.
The coffee was not as good as some hotels, but the purchased coffee was much better. The fruit juice came out of a machine and tasted very sweet and concentrated.
The evening meal was very limited the same menu was also given each evening.
The coffee shop next door we ate at once, and would never go again.
The Bus takes you into Sorrento for €2 per person, and be prepared to stand.
Personally I would not stay again due to lack of choice. The room was spacious, very clean and lots of toiletries.

Terrible not recommending
This hotel manages to fail at even the most basic expectations, starting with the food, which is consistently drowned in oil to the point of being almost inedible. Every dish arrives greasy, heavy, and lacking any sense of balance or care. Portions are wildly inconsistent—one meal leaves you starving, the next is an overwhelming, poorly prepared excess, as if no one in the kitchen has any standard to follow.
The overall cleanliness is just as appalling. Bugs crawl freely across the floors, making it impossible to feel comfortable anywhere in the room. The curtains are visibly stained, adding to the sense of neglect and disregard for hygiene. Even the decor, which might have been charming at some point, now feels grimy and unsettling. The stained glass mirror and cups are not quaint or artistic—they’re simply dirty, poorly maintained, and unpleasant to use.
To make matters worse, the view is nothing short of depressing. Instead of offering any kind of escape or enjoyment, it feels like an extension of the hotel’s overall neglect—bleak, uninspiring, and not worth a second glance.
There is a pervasive sense that no effort has been made to maintain standards, whether in cleanliness, food quality, or guest experience. Everything feels inconsistent, careless, and poorly managed. Staying here is not just disappointing; it’s genuinely frustrating and uncomfortable.
I would strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances. There are far better options available, and choosing this place would almost certainly lead to regret.

Superb!
Very clean hotel, close to the coast (sea view from some rooms), attentive and responsive staff, beautiful spaces, a large terrace (sea view), interior courtyards, and a lovely pool.
Breakfast and meals are very decent.
Located away from traffic and close to a bus stop that leads to the center of Sorrento.
