Location is perfect.

Lovely room with bathroom. Basic but clean and comfortable. Separate lounge where we could make coffee or tea. Location is excellent, close to all the sights. Highlight was the patio with an incredible view of Siena. Very friendly host. Easy to reach by taxi from the station.

I would not return there

We stayed just one night in this hotel, my daughter and I.
It is certainly located in an optimal area, just a few steps from the cathedral, but the environments are bare and unwelcoming, with old furniture.
The rooms definitely need a good restoration, broken and wobbly tiles, and an old bathroom.
There is no air conditioning and in July it gets really hot; there is a ceiling fan, but it makes a truly unbearable noise at night!
There is a terrace, but if you want to have breakfast you need to organize it yourself because they do not serve anything as they do not have a kitchen; the downside is that the chairs and tables are dirty with pigeon droppings.

Overall a great stay!

We had a lovely two night stay! Eugenia and her family are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view; in addition, the views from the terrace are outstanding! Looking forward to coming back again one day :)

Excellent 1 star hotel.

We were guests of this 1 star hotel located in the city center of Siena, staying here we saw the whole beautiful city on foot. Of course we are talking about a cheap 1-star ancient palace, in the rooms there is the bare necessities but if we drive the value for money rating 10. The spaces are large and quite comfortable, there are some rooms with shared bathroom, others with private bathroom, plus there are common areas, a sofa a tea room and a wonderful terrace and only for this reason it is worth coming to this hotel. For a few nights a choice more than apt. Eugenia the owner very sunny and quiet. This hotel does not offer breakfast. See you next time.

Comfortable room with shared bathroom with only one other room, adjacent to the room so very convenient
Terrace with a beautiful view
If I really have to strike a negative note I found some small insects in the bathroom but nothing that can not happen even in your own home
We will return to Eugenia if we ever return to Siena
