See you next year Helmhotel!

We have been to the Helmhotel for the 3rd time and felt totally comfortable as every time. The staff and especially the owners are very nice and accommodating. The rooms and especially the wellness area are super clean and modern. Some days there are even great live infusions. Dinner makes you feel like you're in a gourmet restaurant. The ski shuttle also works great and the ride takes less than 5 minutes.
If you wanted to complain about something, you could only mention the line in the morning at the coffee machine.
We are already looking forward to next year at the Helmhotel!

Splendid!

We have been a group of 8 people coming back from skiing holiday in Sud Tirol/Maso Corto. We have stopped for a quick lunch at your beautiful place and I must say everything was top quality. The food and the service were excellent, we were waited by at least 3 people (sorry that cant mention their names), all were very nice and accommodating. The tiramisu and other desserts were heavenly!

Excelent stay at the Helmhotel

We stayed at the Helmhotel for 6 nights for a ski holiday. Unfortunately, temperatures were a bit high for the time of year. Overall impression of the hotel, every one of the personnel and management was very friendly and very professional, always available to provide excellent service. The room was quite big, with a balcony with a great view and the bed couch was comfortable. The wellness area with a choice of saunas and enough spots to relax. The “Aufguss” was the best I ever experienced. Every day we enjoyed excellent food. The Pizzeria next door serviced the best Pizzas you can experience.

Wonderful family hotel in the Dolomites

We had a wonderful experience at Helm Hotel! We have 3 kids (2, 5 and 7) and this was the perfect place for us. The food as others have mentioned is wonderful and the personnel incredibly helpful with tailored suggestions on what activities fit our family and interests. Dana from the restaurant was particularly helpful and sweet with our sometimes overly excited little boys! As far as activities, the mountain hero activities were great as well as the bike ride to Lienz. The kids play room, pool, and play ground provided plenty of entertainment when we wanted to relax at the hotel. The room itself was also perfect with the bunk beds in a separated area for the kids. We will definitely return to this fabulous area and hotel!

Fantastic Experience

We stayed Helmhotel during a weeks walking holiday in the Dolomites.
It is hard to put into words when somewhere is so good,almost perfect.
The welcome and continued service was so warm and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, from housekeeping to checking our rail tickets to Austria , going the extra mile is the benchmark for this family run hotel.
The Hotel is perfectly placed for covering the Dolomites in this area.
You can purchase a lift pass to cover 5 mountains in the area and an unlimited transport , bus , train and some lifts allows you to travel quite a large area with no fuss.
The train station is about 10 mins walk from the hotel as in the local ski lift which takes you up the Helm mountain, in the same area is a fantastic set up offering bike hire and the like.

The room was delightful with a balcony with awesome views.
The hotel also boasts a brand new spa which is fabulous too, the gardens are lovely and there is a pool and sun beds for the warmer days.
We stayed on half board terms and the food and service was impeccable.
A couple of evenings we chose to eat in the hotel’s pizzeria which too is awesome
To sum up this hotel is PERFECT for a relaxing and hassle free stay in the Dolomites
