Very nice, pleasant, interesting and clean structure, managed by a formidable team.

The co-housing solution of Maison d'Elite is a very interesting idea, based on the grounds of environmental sustainability, friendship and solidarity. I'm letting a unit and I've found all of these features in the structure and in the team running it. All the staff is always ready to quickly solve any issue and to help in all the circumstances related to the housing. The place is very quiet, with a very nice architecture, a very pleasant external area, and very clean units. It is also a place where one can learn a lot about technology applied to the sustainability, especially about the use of renewable energies and sharing of resources among people. In summary, I strongly recommend Maison d'Elite.

Dirty, to be shut down by the ASL and take away the license!

Absolute disaster, sold one as a suite one room, dirty, bloodstains on the sheets and blankets. Room infested with bugs. There were neither plates nor cutlery and the few that were present in addition to being encrusted by dirt were all chipped p ruined. It doesn't wax hot water. No assistance. A real filth!

Very bad

Then I stayed here for 45 days then the place for goodness sake cute in the green ok. They gave me an apartment for 4 people and a little dog then inside the house at first glance you say nice spacious then you start to put away your things and kitchen with dirty oven unusable if not before cleaning spiders everywhere even under the table with spiders and insects everywhere the room full and I say full of insects even on the desks the beds and really mercilessly covered by skylights came down with every humidity including the bathrooms all clogged I had to unclog them myself with products on purpose the washing machine was so dirty that to use it I had to stra clean it that in the filter I found a plastic lace that of the covid masks and in the detergent door I found mold I will attach the photos I tried to call at reception and they told me that I could remove the spiders so much that the warm water would have reformed in a short time that to bathe my children I had to heat the water but as they say a quiet and innovative and eco-sustainable place ok well it will be so but it's not for me mostly I paid an out of turn for 45 days I'm talking about 4000 € and part only with receipt they had to give me that apartment that shone

Beautiful in the 90s

Apartment well maintained but not very clean, missing several things like hairdryer and shower mat
Let's just say a few things need to be reviewed. There is no assistance whatsoever.
For the price you honestly have I would have expected something different.

An oasis in the countryside half an hour from Milan

Residence in the countryside, very quiet. Room really nice and well equipped.
Very kind the girl at the reception, who in the morning made us coffee and warned us after departure, that we had left the bathrobe in the bathroom...
Some difficulties for check in (the owner's son did not answer the intercom).
