My comfort zone for many years.

Residence Oleandro is by now our favorite place; I am attached to it as if it were my second home.
At the Oleandro, it is always great!
and I swear they did not pay me to write this.
it is just what I feel when I stay there.
I absolutely recommend choosing an apartment with a sea view.
I could not do without it.
Always thanks to Mariangela, the owner who, with devotion and professionalism, carries on a family management history that began many years ago... and thanks also to Pierluigi, an important presence, always vigilant and attentive.

Very practical and comfortable apartment with elevator access. Very helpful, dedicated and nice host.
The two separated pools - one active and one relaxing - was a treasure. Parking inside or outside the gates. Well working air conditioning.

Very relaxing and clean residence

A place discovered almost by chance, it is a beautiful residence on the green Ligurian hills not far from the sea (with parking). From here you can take a thousand walks and discover wonderful places. The air is clean and water can be’ drunk from the tap which is an extremely rare thing. The residence is spotless both inside and out, I have rarely seen a place like this’ clean. The owner is a person enthusiastic about her work, she has always been very available to satisfy all my requests. Every morning you can request fresh bread, croissants, and fresh eggs are always available. The atmosphere is very relaxing, ideal for resting and having a nice day. Everything worked perfectly and I was 100% satisfied.
