Wonderful vacation
Wonderful stay, surrounded by greenery, everything very well-kept and with a splendid view of the bay. Very attentive and helpful staff, who make you feel pampered. The location is the highlight, and in addition to the sea-view room that put us in a good mood as soon as we woke up, the terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy excellent dinners is truly noteworthy. A gem to discover is also the natural cave, which leaves you speechless. The pool on the top-floor terrace is also beautiful and well-maintained. We will definitely return.

Fairy tale
I was at this place in Finale Ligure and I was really enthusiastic about it. It is one of those special places where it seems that time has stopped, immersed in nature and in a simply spectacular setting.
The view is something indescribable: a wonderful succession of colors, from the intense green of the vegetation to the crystal-clear sea that opens up before your eyes. A true panoramic point from which it is difficult to tear yourself away.
And then the breakfast… simply super! Very rich, with attention to the smallest details and many things prepared on the spot: frittatas, omelets, fresh orange juice made right from the oranges… everything delicious and of excellent quality. You eat really well!
You can perceive so much care in every detail, from the welcome to the environment, to the quality of the food. It is a place that gives a feeling of peace and well-being, where you can stop, breathe, and enjoy the beauty of the landscape.
An experience that I absolutely recommend and that I will carry in my heart. A truly spectacular corner of Liguria!

beautiful!!
Staying for 10 days at this hotel was very nice; the services met all the needs of both me and my husband, as well as our children. The restaurant dishes were very good; we thank the chef for also cooking off-menu dishes for our child…
The room was very beautiful and spacious; the only flaw was a small problem with the air conditioning, which the staff immediately resolved as best they could.
I highly recommend staying here because this hotel will offer you everything you are looking for in a beach vacation… the location was also fantastic.

Deplorable direction
We came for the second time and after recommending this hotel to several relatives, and spending a substantial amount (400€ per night and a 2 night stay for 3 people, not counting meals taken on site). And despite this!!!! we were given a room located directly in front of the common toilet of the hotel, and next to the kitchen. on the left the toilet of the restaurant of the hotel you even have the small dispenser of hydroalcoholic gel, in front of the door that leads to a staff / kitchen part. And on the left the bedroom door (number 1 to avoid absolutely) Result: constant noise, coming and going all evening until late at night. For a hotel of this standing and at this rate, it is absolutely unacceptable to offer a room located like this. We had a terrace that directly overlooked the restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner so) and the small skylight is the window of the bathroom / toilet in the room that do not close. It's broken. So I might as well tell you that this is the worst room in its situation that I have ever had in my life.
The other extremely negative point that comes to strike you the fatal blow: the direction. The manager/owner (the incumbent) is simply unpleasant. We’re not the only ones who felt this way, other customers share the same impression. We have the feeling that our presence disturbs her, or that she “graces” us to welcome us, which is totally contrary to the spirit of hospitality in my opinion.
The hotel is a magnificent building, ideally located, with splendid views. The common areas are superb, breakfast and dinner are very good, and the staff is attentive and professional. Nothing to say at this level, it is at the height of a 4-star establishment.
When we complained, no apology was made by the director. She even dared to say that this was the first time a customer had complained about this room, but she had to be given nerve like I have rarely seen in the Service world.
I find her attitude unworthy of a 4-star hotel manager: total unprofessionalism, no listening, no questioning, and especially not an excuse. It spoils an experience that could have been excellent. She must like customers who bow their heads and tell her everything is perfect. She will surely even have the nerve to respond disparagingly to this review that would not surprise me at all and she will continue to place guests who come to spend their money in her hotel in this shabby room without blinking and thinking she is in her right. Shame.
In short: a superb establishment, impeccable staff, but a management that is sorely lacking in respect and manners. And it’s a shame, because at this level of price, we expect a flawless stay, not half-formulated excuses.if there is advice to give it is ask not to be accommodated at 1. Unless of course it suits you to pay 400 euros a night to be in front of the toilet and see all the customers of the restaurant go to do their needs right in front of you!! to tell you there is even one customer who went back to our room because it confused with the toilet. Who could imagine that there is a room there? But other than that, everything's fine.

Incredible, staff as caring as a family
It’s the best hotel I have ever been too!
Would definitely recommend I love this place. The hotel staff are as kind and caring as a sibiling!!!!! I look forward to this place every year. The owner even says hello every evening.
