Fabulous location in the true historic center of Santarcangelo di Romagna

Fabulous location in the true historic center of Santarcangelo di Romagna! New apartments, carefully furnished, equipped with every comfort and above all always clean and tidy down to the smallest detail!
The owner Sabrina is an exquisite person, kind and available for every need.
You can also pamper your palate by having lunch or dinner at the historic Lazaroun restaurant adjacent to the residence and owned by the family.
Highly recommended for every situation: work, family, couple, relaxation....

Wonderful place to stay

We came to this town for a wedding, and the bride booked us into this wonderful apartment. The owners are wonderful, and also run the restaurant next door (best in town). The apartment is the perfect blend of ancient (exposed brick etc) and modern (kitchen and bathroom fixtures etc). My daughter and I felt we could have lived there!

Much better than a hotel

If you want to feel like home instead of just getting a hotel room this is the place to go.
The location is great and the apartments are just amazing. Whether you are traveling alone or with family this is much more than just a roof over your head.

Charming rooms

The Residenza is located in an old Palazzo right downtown, the rooms are beautiful restored and very tasteful equiped, full kitchen and sitting area included. We had trouble finding the place because the downtown area of Santarcangelo is not accessible by car, you need a special permission which you get from the Hotel, once you´re there. So we had to park outside of the walls, walk to the Hotel, which was closed till 7 p.m., get the permission and than the car to the Hotel, kind of complicated! Would have been helpful to know about this in advance. The wifi didn´t work, after mentioning that, the owner was so kind to pass us his cabel, but the internet is obviously a problem.
