Ideal place to really unplug
Given that the owner Jessica and her parents are tireless workers and for everything they do and how they do it they simply deserve all the stars, the cuisine always exceeds expectations and the breakfasts range from sweet to savory.
The rooms are all furnished with the right style and, above all, always clean. I will describe Le Quercie di Campolungo to you with a detail that left its mark; for a week I didn't hear a car horn, an ambulance, various sirens, or shouting... only the cicadas and a few bells of the sheep grazing on the ridge, so if you really want to unplug from the rest of the world you have to experience it to believe it...
In addition, just a few steps away there is a nice, privately owned swimming pool that is large enough to even get in some good laps; I always found the water at 28/29 degrees in the morning, afternoon, and evening—I am certain of this because, out of personal curiosity, I discovered that there is a thermometer attached to the ladder.
From the ridge, it is easy to observe many roe deer that, climbing up the badlands, return to the scrubland.
So, to recap briefly:
Isolated place to break the routine.
Good food, beyond expectations.
Pool always available.
More than fair prices.
Last but not least, which is actually more of a tip:
unless you have a Jeep or a nice tall SUV, avoid following the first detour that Maps will try to make you take through the industrial area, because you will end up on a road more suitable for tractors or enduro motorcycles; go straight through Cospaia, so you will only do the last part on a dirt road.

Rediscovered serenity
It is a pleasure to stay at the Oaks: Peace, Serenity, Welcoming. It’s a riot of scenic beauty, it’s a condensation of serenity , it’s a welcoming experience thanks to Jessica , sunny hostess, and her family, without forgetting that she is a great cook.

As in family
Small corner of paradise nestled in the Umbrian hills, between the provinces of Arezzo and Perugia, in an excellent position to visit the Arezzo and the Tiber Valley.
To reach the B&B, from the main road, you have to do about 2 km between a first asphalt section and a last dirt section but easily accessible. The farm consists of a typical stone house lying halfway up the hill, at the top of a gently sloping lawn, all around silence, nature, peace... The pool remains hidden on a small gully which can be reached along a walkway, truly unique. But the soul of this B&B is definitely Jessica who with her family welcomes you "at home", a warm but discreet hospitality. We really felt like we had arrived at the home of friends we had known for a long time. Rooms are clean simple and basic. Breakfast is great and varied, with homemade cakes and local cold cuts and cheeses. We had to stay 4 nights and in the end we stayed practically two more days, in fact... being able we would never leave!

In search of slowness
On the border of the Tiberina Valley, between Umbria and Tuscany, Le Querce di Campolungo is located on the hills of San Giustino. Here, there is no need to rush, the slowness, the colors of nature, the rustle of the trees and the silence are the right condiment for spending days of absolute rest. Jessica welcomes her guests as if they were old friends, pampering them with great discretion. To top it all off, a magnificent swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Those who are not in a hurry will also be able to appreciate the very short stretch of dirt road that allows you to reach this "magical" place.
