Value for money unbeatable location!
The B&B is right next to metro A (city center and Termini station) and a 20 minutes walk from the coliseum.
The welcome is really warm. Cleaning done every day. Very practical kitchen with a beautiful Vintage Formica for amateurs;)
District that offers several good places to eat a few steps away and even a cocktail bar to discover!

Lovely and affordable room for 2

Lovely place to stay in a good location and affordable price. Emilia greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful showing us everything we needed and offered places to visit and eat/drink. The place was very clean and surpassed all our expectations. Definitely a good place to stay if looking to spend a lot of time on the city centre!

Excellent care from Vivian and her family.

Vivian's attention to helping me with trains, schedules and other details was excellent. She speaks Spanish and is willing to support you with everything you need. Close to the metro and bus lines to the center of Rome. Many thanks for everything.

Amazing stay in Roma , Domenico&Barbara make you feel very welcome and are very helpfull. Clean and nice rooms.Close to the famous monument and restaurants. You can’t find better for this price. I can advice this accomodation for a good holiday in Roma ...

Rome with cats

We have just checked out of a 3 night stay here. The location was brilliant, only a few mins from the metro line that takes you straight into Rome and also 87 bus which also takes you into Rome.
The bed was comfy and there was also a TV and WiFi. You share the flat with a lovely host, who makes coffee for you in the mornings and is very welcoming and friendly. I usually stay in hotels etc so this was a change in experience, but I really enjoyed sitting down for coffee in the morning and talking to her about our plans and our days ahead. She can also help recommend things to visit etc and is a big history fan, so ask lots of questions!
Now, we are massive cat lovers so the biggest appeal in our stay here was the cats. They were super friendly, loving and so cute. Cat cafes are big thing in the UK right now for well-being and health reasons and I have to say, the cats really helped my mood. Especially after a rainy day in Rome, when we went back to our room to watch a film and wait for the rain to pass with the cats on our lap. Of course if you are not a cat fan, you can choose to ignore them (though why would you?)
Just a few things:
Google maps will not take you to the location so communicate with the host (we did via WhatsApp) and they will meet you so you don’t get lost.
Bring cash, and get it before arriving. There are not many cash points locally to the hotel they we could find.
